Fat Frog Beach Cafe

What's not to love about this place. Atmosphere and staff were very friendly. The food was delicious, and the view was worth a million dollars. Take a visit here for a coffee or a lunch you will not regret it. Oh and they have food on the menu for your 4 legged friends. Just a beautiful place to stop and rest a while. Eat great food and take in the peace and quiet of the amazing view.

I had breakfast here 1 week ago, and it was great. The cafe had a lovely vibe, and the service was great. 👌

Best breakfast in Airlie - hands down.

Stayed in Airlie for four days and found the Fat Frog on the final morning.... wished I'd found it on day 1. Absolutely amazing in every way. Super reasonable prices, super coffee, meals were truly sensational! My vegetarian daughter loved the eggs benedict (so did my wife with bacon). My daughter honestly wanted to order four chocolate frappes to take away quoting it was the best she's ever had! Personally, the breakfast pannacotta was a game changer! I suppose I should even mention the spectacular view right on the water overlooking the ocean!

Highly recommend the Fat Frog 🐸 👌 do yourself a favour and visit!

The coffee was made very well, which is such a relief when buying out... unfortunately, the beans were a bit bitter for me. Overall we are still happy.

Food was perfect, my friend and I split an eggs Benny and it was just right.

Loved our visit to the Fat Frog Beach cafe. A little gem hidden away.
We had been speaking to a taxi driver who recommended it as a brekkie option.
Popped down the next morning and had the smashed Avo, feta and bacon it was delicious all washed down with and English breakfast tea.

The staff were really attentive and friendly and the price not bad.

Lovely little Cafe overlooking the water, pet friendly and even has a few menu items for your fur baby. Menu has a great variety of food for brekky, brunch or lunch and staff are attentive and cater to all your needs. I'd give more stars to the staff for dealing with my grumpy 14.5 year old dog. Will definitely be back.

Had a chai latte and a brownie! Amazing chai latte! View is also amazing, reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Simply amazing. I've had a lot of chai in a lot of places and this was definitely one of the best.
The food was amazing and you can't beat that view.

Staff were quick to greet us, get us seated and wipe the table down for us.
I had the eggs beni which was delicious and I would have again. The Banama smoothie was also good.

Absolutely loved this café by the beach! The steak sandwich was a delight—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. And the eggs benedict? Just heavenly! The ambiance, combined with fantastic food, made my visit truly memorable. Can't wait to return!

Amazing cafe! We have come back 3 times just for the coffee frappe, it’s so yummy. The food and service is fabulous too, highly recommend checking out.

This fabulous little Cafe serves great coffee, in a beautiful location. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the food is delicious. I hope you're lucky enough to score the green mango salad on the menu. It was a special today, and especially good with prawns!

Had breakfast here before going home the food was beautiful.
I made my own Spanish beans with a poached egg hashbrown and mushrooms.
The Spanish beans are incredible so full of flavour and a hint of spice.
My partner and best friend had the eggs Benedict they absolutely loved it.
It's such a beautiful little quaint cafe with a gorgeous view of the water.
The coffee was perfect and the dairy free green smoothie was so refreshing.
Would definitely recommend if your in town

a beautiful corner cafe in cannonvale by the water!!! lovely spacious seating area with both inside and outside seating~ staff were very welcoming and friendly~ they have quite a lot of staff so if we needed anything they were quick to assist! we ordered two eggs any way one poached one fried, a bircher muesli and a green frog
for drinks we got a cappuccino, hot chocolate and a latte (ordered another latte after since the coffee was too good!) all the meals came out at a record speed, never seen such a busy cafe pump out their meals so quickly!!
eggs any way was delicious!!! many many cafes over toast their bread or overcook the eggs, the eggs were perfectly cooked and the sourdough was so so good!! perfectly crunchy and not too hard!! bircher muesli was refreshing and beautiful!! green frog was delicious too!
i rarely give 5 stars but i could not find any fault or anything to criticize in our visit to Fat Frog! incredible incredible experience! will definitely visit if we ever come to cannonvale again~ highly recommend!!!!

Googled where to go for breakfast after a Sunday morning hike and the Fat Frog came up so decided to give it a try. So glad that we did. It was a little busy but we didn’t have to wait for too long. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They had run out of GF bread and came over to apologise and offered to swap it out for hash browns which I was more than happy with. Both my breakfast and my husband’s were delicious and I’d happily recommend this cafe to my friends.
