Lovely little McDonald's in a beautiful place. Tge girls serving were very pleasant and efficient

Airlie Beach McDonald's is not a bad little place for a massive food franchise.

I'm always coming into Maccas after a night out ,, get there usually around 1-2, there's two employees that are always super friendly despite the time and the rush of everyone wanting food there, one guy is always at the register he looks super tired but he's always smiling ,, and one who I just bumped into named Ashley she's always being super nice and calls me mate it's much appreciated

Ashley is the best thing that happened to this place xo

It was a Saturday and they were seriously short staffed. The 2 girls were run flat off their feet yet still maintained a smile. I hit the wrong drink order and it was not a problem and quickly replaced again with a smile. Great work team. Thanks

Possibly the nicest McDonald’s staff I’ve met anywhere in the world. Don’t know what she was called but she’s ginger and has her hair platted down the back.
Amazing personality, I was sat eating my maccies and the way she interacted with people was amazing. Just thought I’d give a review to give her a shoutout!

We are not Macca's fans but when we are on Holiday, it's our favourite destination. Today I was surprised for the excellent service, the manager was so active, cleaning tables, in front of the cashier and giving some team instructions, finishing with a simile. Definitely this guy is a good leader, great service!

No surprises here. It's the classic Maccas menu and prices and it's even open 24 hours. They always kept it clean and the people that worked there were very nice. It's right in the middle of town and walking distance from most of the local shops.

They were kind enough to provide us with a free fries when our order was delayed. Good staff

Love Maccas and was surprised to see the opening hours on this one (7am - 9pm😳)
After checking inside with staff, they told me this is a 24h branch as well as much of the others, thank goodness haha

Quick serving, friendly staff, good food. Just dirty & disgusting customers didn't clean after themselves. Like animals.

We found the staff here very helpful and friendly which made the visit better than any other Mecca's we've been to.

I had a soft serve and I didn't cone it. I ate it normally, got like three and a half swirls so treated me good

Ate here everyday I was in Airlie. I tend to not trust Australian food so a good Maccas is always a treat. HOLY COW FROZEN COKES ARE DELICIOUS.
