I cannot speak highly enough of Ruff & Toytally Cool Gifts. I found this store online quite randomly & ordered a Skylynx figure. It arrived in perfect condition but had a manufacturing issue. The returns process was easy although dramatically delayed by COVID. Ruff agreed to store credit instead of a replacement & I was able to purchase a different figure once. Ruff kept me informed at every step & responded quickly to my emails.

I've purchased from many other stores online and the customer service has ranged from ok to awful. At TCG the customer service is exceptional. This is especially important for pre-orders, when it can take many months for you item to come and there is often delays from the manufacturer.

TCG always keep in you in the loop about what’s going on and are always friendly about it. All my items have arrived safely packaged with a friendly note.
