Recently I have moved my property for rental management to Nirvana Real Estate. I am pleasantly surprised with their proactive work, quickly finding the tenants, that to excellent higher rents and also special 3 months no management fees. I was frustrated with earlier agents for their monthly reconciliation and chasing the fund transfer, while Nirvana is crediting the funds on a weekly basis. Compared to earlier 4 different Real estate agents, Nirvana is very different, and exceeding the customer satisfaction. Kulwinder is a very nice person not just an agent. He will give you an honest and practical opinion even though that opinion could cause him financial loss.
