Very friendly staff. I used to go to the Indian spice market in Kings Langley Shopping Centre but was treated extremely poorly by the female staff member there in weekends. She followed me through the aisles with a scowl... to catch me in the act of stealing something I guess. She snapped at me when I tried to give my loyalty program number because the field for it hadn't popped up on her screen... and I'm supposed to have known that apparently. Then she escalated the whole drama when I pointed out her hypocritical behaviour. I since decided I would not spend my money there anymore.

What a completely opposite experience I had at this store. The female staff member greeted me warmly, asked if she could help me find something, and when I asked about a product I wanted instead of the product I was buying, she suspended the transaction and went to look for the product I wanted.

She maintained her professional and charming demeanour right until I left the store. This is the kind of place where I would prefer to spend my money, and the type of business I would support.

Excellent service. You won’t find a better Indian grocery store in the area or around. The aisles are arranged in a very sophisticated manner and spacious. Nicely managed, an airy store with great folks at the counter.

Prices are great too and the vast variety makes it a one stop shop.

Krishna Indian Grocery is the best in Sydney. The boys are gems, very warm welcoming and excellent customer service. Very good fresh products and best deals. Shop is very clean and they also provide shopping trolley. We are going there for shopping since last April 21 when they had opened the store. Since then we don't feel like to go any Indian Grocery store. Highly recommend. Please must visit. Thank you very much for your kind assistance and help when we are there. Amazing customer service!!! There were 2 gentlemen who helped me and made the whole shopping experience very easy and quick. The shop was very clean and everything was well arranged. Even the prices were better than other indian grocery stores. Would definately recommend to fam and friends.

Krishna Spices Blacktown is nothing less than one of the best Indian grocery store in greater Sydney. Whole staff is always welcoming but one in particular - Ronak is an absolute gem of a person. He is one of the reason we started visiting and liking this Indian grocery store and it became the primary source of Indian grocery shopping in no time since its opening. There hasn't been a single time when we weren't approached asking if we need any help during our frequent visit by Ronak. During the pandemic, Ronak went above and beyond to help our household with the grocery needs over the call and next time when we visited - he didn't even recall the incident upon our thanking - shows he always treats customers that better! Prices in this Grocery store are also very competitive and mainly with these reasons - even after leaving Blacktown we tend to return once in a while at this grocery store for shopping.

The man who runs this krishna spice Store is very nice and friendly and helpful. The many times I have visited this store he has always helped me and has a wide variety of groceries and other items and items are quite cheap. So, it deserve 5 🌟
