We have worked with Meridian Homes before. We are impressed with their quality of the building. The trades we worked together are very professional. They don't do short cuts. I have recommended Meridian Homes to a few of my friends who want to build their homes with quality builders. I will definitely use Meridian Homes to build my dream home again once the land I bought settled.

We decided to built with Meridan homes due to the design of the home and their willingness to work with us to make changes to the floor plan to make a standard house our home.

Unfortunately we had covid related delays and price increases, but we understand that we weren't unique in this situation and we ultimately didn't mind as their transparency gave us confidence that the build would be completed ( unlike many other builders who are collapsing)

During construction both Ethan and Fabian worked to ensure a quality build, both responding to our questions and concerns, keeping us involved in the entire process. Additional callout to Fabian for his efforts to make sure we were in with sufficient time for the settlement of our previous property.

We'd happily recommend Meridan homes to anybody looking to build their own personalised home.

Really pleased with the professionalism and journey to date with Meridian (contract signed and now in the preconstruction stage) There were some hiccups along the way but our sales consultant and the head office team always came up with solutions.

It's our first build (a knockdown of our current home) and although stressful at times our consultant Arnie has been very reassuring. Overall everyone we've worked with has been very professional and true to their word. We're really pleased with Meridian so far and can't wait to get construction underway.

In the middle of last year we visited the Meridian Homes display home at Jordan Springs as we were looking at what we needed to do to build our first home. We then put our plans on hold as we were still not quite ready to build. Just as we were starting our finance approval process earlier this year I received a lovely follow up email from Jenny which prompted me to contact Meridian Homes for pricing on our new home build. Jenny and the Meridian Homes team have been extremely accomodating for what we were looking for in our house design and have allowed us to change things around on the floor plan (essentially making it our own custom floor plan). The communication from the whole team is amazing, plus the pricing and inclusions are fantastic! I would have no hesitations in recommending Meridian Homes to anyone looking to build. We got a home and land package from Meridian Homes. There were number of hiccups along the way and the construction took a bit longer than expected due to covid, but overall, we are very happy with the quality of the finished product.

As first home builders with no building or trade knowledge, Meridian Homes have been fantastic in piecing our visualisations and ideas together to build the Aden 22 with our own personal touch.

Our journey began with Meridian when my fiancé and I met Jenny at the Oran Park display home. From the initial consult both Jenny’s understanding and guidance have been monumental in assisting us to decide the best options for our home. Jenny provided us with all available options for our ideas including objective pros and cons and more importantly accurate pricing to help us decide our design, inclusions and colours within our budget.

Meridian have great inclusions and a display home at Marsden Park to prove it. One of the homes is built with all the standard inclusions to assist you in visualising how your home will look in real life.
