Despite their own website and google maps indicating this centre is open on Saturdays, it is not. I called to confirm and they are not scheduled to open today despite the online information. I was told over the phone that “the area manager was aware of this and looking into it” however given previous reviews dating back 2 months it appears this is not new. There were at least 10 people waiting here, what an irresponsible and negligent service.

Advertised online that it’s open Saturday morning . My husband fasted and drove 40 mins for nothing . It was closed . Annoying . Please update your online opening hours .

Disappointing and frustrating they advertise on line and have a sign on the door saying they are open from 8am Saturday morning - and they are not. Seems arrogant to me.

First of all let me say how grateful I am for the frontLine workers who deal with sick people on a daily basis. I’m frustrated at the management of this place. The closing time is not 4pm it’s 3:45pm. They closed the door in our face at 3:45pm as we waited for our covid PCR test. Disgraceful and misleading. If your closing time is 3:45pm put that on your door, NOT 4pm!!

Bad experience. No hand washing or alcohol gel sanitization before aint after my blood test. Please explain to staff that gloves are not a substitute for hand washing
