A Aaron Services will delay your tax return when they think there is identity fraud happening. In this instance they want you to take your business elsewhere especially during the Covid 19 Lockdowns where contactless preparation increased this risk. This is what happened with the unhappy person Kane C. There was some suspicion that identity fraud was involved. Given that it is obvious that the new client below is a genuinely aggrieved party and that there was no identity fraud involved the firm is both apologetic and empathetic for the way the person felt. To prove to the person that the firm are genuinely professional and not clowns like he states, the firm will be happy to complete his tax return for 2022 at no charge at the faster 3 day turnaround and he does not have to proceed to lodgement if he is not satisfied with the outcome.

I asked them 12 weeks ago to put in my tax return, it's October now, they've spoken to me 3 times since and still they haven't done it.

I can't stress how dehumanising this has been for me, I was going to wait until I saw the return to make a judgement but I've run out of patience.

It's been months and they can't even do one little tax return, that's actually pathetic, don't even bother with these clowns.
