In a room yesterday, the service staff was very patient and explained and solved any of my inquiries in a speed that I could understand.

The staff were helpful, friendly and went above and beyond their duties to assist me. Thank you

Can be slow to see staff, but they are very friendly and helpful.

The manager was incredibly rude to my 85 yr old mother, trying to force her to use internet banking to do something she always does at the teller. She doesn’t have a computer and he wouldn’t listen to her. Thankfully another staff member came and took over and helped her with needs.

If i need to do everything over the phone and wait 1 hour to get it answered, you might as well shut all the branches and do it all online and take away all the job. Cause i can see 10 staff and still everything is online. Pathetic. You will loose me as a customer soon. Been with you guys for 14 years. Service is not the same anymore

This bank can’t fix my problem, my money was stolen, and I already waiting for so long. I already raised a dispute and everything, but I got nothing. I’m so disappointed. My mistake using this bank to save my money.

Refused me access to my bank account and have given that access to someone else. Helped identity theft and fraud against myself and others. Go elsewhere.

How do you serve those that actually work ?

Absolutely disappointed by their service. They Treated me very bad,like animal. Firstly, as soon as they found I am an Indian their smile went away because I am Black. Their preference is WHITE SKIN people. Secondly I had to upload my documents. They said we need hard copy I said I don’t have hard copy. Last time I updated my documents from different branch and I just emailed all documents to one of the representative and they updated. She was like , NO GO AND GET ONE. Then I politely asked could you print it out for me please ?because if I go and get docs printed out it would take more than 30mins and SHE SAID WE CANNOT PRINT OUT YOUR DOCS. Anyway , I complied with their instructions and brought the hard copy and she scanned all documents and uploaded and gave me hard copy back. I was like if you had to upload all my docs as a soft copy anyway, why couldn’t you let me email you and you upload that way ? It’s soft copy too. It is a same thing. The way you did, It’s a wastage of time. She said with no smile ALL GOOD!!!!!!!Totally disappointed from them.
I guess they are there to aggress black or brown people.

Not a bad bank for day to day transactions - I've been with them for many years, but I'm very concerned to know that they are the biggest Australian investor in fossil fuels - 3.9Billion dollars. Shows extremely poor commitment to the future of our country, health of our people and quality of our environment. Very disappointing.

This new reception and waiting process is absolutely ridiculus.
You sit and wait and wait then if you ring you wait and no answer then if you leave your number for call back it never comes
