Meg & Mark offer good old fashioned hospitality where nothing is too much trouble, the room is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast is marvellous! With only three or so rooms, Meg & Mark offer a very personal service. This is a place well worth seeking out - you will be glad you did!

Our stay was handled by the owner of the property very nicely and breakfast cooked by the owner wife was absolutely delicious and home made, served with love and affection. Highly recommended to everyone who loves to live near nature.

An excellent place to stay. The proprietors are lovely and the room was clean and well appointed. Additionally, they went above and beyond in helping with some lost items, which shows they really care about their guests. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Mark and Megan at Oaktree guest house showed us amazing hospitality when we were stranded with a broken down car! Although unplanned, we were blessed to stay at the quaint and comfortable accomadation, the food was fantastic, and the hosts went way out of their way to help us out and make our stay unforgettable!

The toys and DVDs were a hit for our two young boys, as was the playground and forest across the road. Thanks so much for your hospitality and company over the weekend! We highly recommend!

Beautiful Autumn stay! Such a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast included, nothing to worry about. We had a lovely day riding their bikes in the sunshine. So many beautiful spots for site seeing and Autumn free photos in the area.

Megan and Mark were very welcoming and friendly hosts. Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with homemade bread. Highly recommend this accommodation and only 10 minutes away from Marysville town.

We stayed her for one night whilst on our mystery picnic from Amazing Co. Mark and Megan were fantastic hosts, we felt safe and relaxed. They have 2 spas which we were able to use. The rooms were clean and tidy and I would definitely stay here with more friends in the future!

We have never felt so at home being away. Megan and Mark are beautiful hosts that looked after us so well. The breakfast in front of the fire in the morning was fantastic. So too were the lovely story sharing with Megan as she took care of us. One of the best experiences away from home. A must stop and enjoy.

My girlfriend and I stayed there here for a little impromptu MTB get-away weekend, and couldn't be happier. It ended up raining nearly all weekend, which made coming back for a hot shower even more enticing. Meg and Mark had the forethought to ensure the room was nicely warmed up for us before arrival, and it was exactly as the pictures describe. Their happiness to provide breakfasts to fit in with our diet was very appreciated. We didn't explore the grounds much due to the weather, but the views from our windows were a nice thing to wake up to. Meg and Mark were lovely hosts and happy to chat or leave us to have our own quiet time. A decent selection of DVD's made for a nice relaxing evening in a warm room to finish off a fun filled day. They have great knowledge of places to go, and the area is full of things to do, from walking, skiing, sightseeing, mountain biking or exploring local produce and wineries, there's enough close by to keep you busy for days. They're constantly updating and providing better facilities, so I've no doubt our next visit will be as good or better. A stay here is definitely something you'll enjoy and look forward to coming back to, we certainly are! Thank you.

My wife and one year old stayed three nights during summer. What can I say - It's great value, big rooms, all facilities, and the hosts are wonderful. Meg makes a great pancake with fresh eggs from the hens and you can relax in either of the two open air hottubs surrounded by nature. There's a large communal dining and lounge room too. It's a short drive to Marysville, across the road from a nature reserve trail and just down the road from a hearty inn.

What a wonderful place to stay, such a welcoming couple running the bnb. When we arrived they had some home made cakes for us, the heater and electric blanket were on in our room, and DVDs on offer for the kids. Very clean and quiet. Great location. Overall an excellent experience.

No doubt one of the best homestay you'll get :)

The location of Oaktree is perfect to cover Cathedral ranges, Marysville (Stevenson's fall), Rubicon & Healesville.

Strongly recommend to enjoy the warm hospitality and serenity around.

Mark & Megan are very warm hosts. The property is located just about the end of the Black Spur drive. Had an amazing dinner in their Private garden and Megan cooked us a wonderful Indian meal. (On special request).

I stayed here for 1 night. The owners helped me out a lot! I had an amazing stay and the room was very comfortable! The food was good and the pancakes in the morning are amazing! Lovely people! Highly recommended!

A lovely place to go to for relaxation and fun. The food is amazing, the people who own it are very friendly. The environment is very welcoming and warm. The entire place is very clean, and splendid costumer service.

Couldn't fault it. Lovely to sit in the jacuzzi out on the deck, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Nothing but comfort and the most wonderful service and loveliest of hosts. Thank you and see you in the spring!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing home-made breakfast, relaxing spa at night time, close to the ski hiring centre, feel like your home
