Capital Pathology Phillip

Went in to get a blood test today and I have had alot of blood tests in my time due to doing IVF and this was the BEST one I've ever had! Nathan was sooooo friendly and got blood quickly and painlessly in one go! I will definitely be back to see him again as it was the best experience I've had with pathologists before in my life!

I’ve been needing weekly blood tests recently and every time I go in I’m never waiting more than 5/10 minutes (always without an appointment). The nurses are efficient and the entire process is painless. I do wish though that my results appeared on my DHR a bit quicker as I’ve noticed ACT Pathology results are posted much quicker.

Matilda is efficient, courteous and humorous. She took my blood quicker than the flick of a lamb's tail, painlessly. Yep didn't feel a thing. Then quickly arranged my bottles for the other tests. Really a 5 star experience. 🙏🙏

Friendly, efficient staff. I had about a twenty minute wait, but there were a few of us waiting, so that's to be expected.

I recommend booking an appointment as there are shocking wait times. Service was great, really friendly staff

I'm sitting here waiting for my turn patiently. This pathologist(A....a) is incredibly slow. There were 4 people before me and the pathologist said it will take 20min but it's been at least 40min. She takes 3-5mins to come out of the room when the patient leaves. Now we have a long line of patients waiting for their turn. The lady before me waited for almost an hour. Very irresponsible!

It is ridiculous...
Today, I visited this place for my blood test at 8 a.m.
Only 3 people were in the queue.....
It took them to take me in 1 hour and 30 minutes to serve me....
Very slow, no care for the customers...
Even though with lots of complains...
No improvement

Long waiting hours,
More than an hour, and the female staff who was there was very arrogant...
Very bad poor quality of customer services.

Service extremely slow. Only 5 patients were waiting before me and took at least one hour for them to call me… unbelievable.

I received an e-referral from my doctor that had a QR code and it wasn’t accepted here. I found this ironic as Capital requires patients to scan a QR code to fill out their forms. The staff did allow me to forward the e- referral to them to print, but they couldn’t figure out to print it full screen so would not accept this either. After wasting our time for 30 mins, I ended up going to the Deakin clinic who were extremely helpful. If doctors send e-referrals, a national pathology chain such as Capital Pathology, should be able to accept them.

People turned away who entered well before closing time and person who conducted test asks a million questions while you are anxiously waiting to have blood drawn, then uses sticky tape to attach gauze after the test. Inefficient, slow, impersonal and leaves you much sorer than you should be.

poor service for immigrants who have language barrier. We want you to know that we do deserve health service which we pay for. Very rude and being unhelpful over phone just cause of language. Imagine if you and your family were lived in overseas. how is that?

Long queue in the morning. Waited 30mins before getting into their door. Why? They let people cut in. Poor management very low standard wasting everyones time

Worst customer service he was literally yelling I was right infront of him, there is way to talk to people couldn't even stand there never going back.
