Amart Furniture Cannington

I am very happy with my experience at this store. I purchased a mattress from their clearance section however when I went to collect it unfortunately it was unable to be located and had been sold to a second customer. I had called ahead of time and advised that it would be OK to collect that day so was a bit frustrating due to time restrictions on my side. The team went above and beyond and happily provided me with a brand new mattress instead. This was a fantastic outcome and greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thankyou very much for the great customer service Jade and Keelan gave to me. I purchased 2 mattresses and needed them delivered urgently on the Friday due to having family here for a wedding on the weekend. Unfortunately there was a little hiccup and I discovered on the Thursday my mattresses were not going to be delivered on the Friday. I called the warehouse and they said there was nothing they could do and to maybe try and get a hold of someone at the store. I called Amart Cannington where I had purchased them via phone order and the awesome Keelan was onto it, he couldn’t make any promises but was going to do his best, later that afternoon, the lovely Jade called back and advised the mattresses would be delivered as promised Friday. Thankyou for your prompt and friendly service and this is why I keep going back to this same store to purchase items.

Spent quite a while in this store choosing a lounge, assisted by Abbey. She was extremely helpful and informative, providing me with a deal I was very happy with. I waited the usual 6 weeks for a new one to arrive from stock... thats fine. Unfortunately it was delivered by contract drivers who shirked their responsibility to assemble it, left me with 3 huge plastic boxed bundles in my lounge room. BUT a huge thank you to Abbey who came to my rescue and spent some time rescheduling others to come and assemble it, only a couple of days later. (When you are a single woman, with heavy furniture, help is required.) Im thrilled with the service and my lounge.... thank you Amart Cannington. 5 stars for sure!!

It's a big furniture store with everything you need for your furniture and bedding needs. Very friendly staff as well.

Experienced exceptional customer service today by Ravi. He was fantastic and assisted us in purchasing a new mattress and ensemble. He took the time in assisting us and ensured we could purchase the products at the right price! He was engaging and was great with interacting with our girls. Highly recommend!!

My wife, daughter and I walked into the cannington store a few months ago to purchase furniture for our home which was still being built at that time.

Luckily for us, we met Brad. He is such a kind and understanding sales rep. We bought Michellin corner lounge, Millennia Theatre set, Aquilla Buffet, coffee table, and lamp table, Manhattan bunk bed, etc. One of the office girls; Frida was exceptional, she was kind, patient and accommodating to all our change requests.

We put delivery on hold as our home wasn't ready yet. As soon as we got our keys, we called and fixed a delivery date. Everything was delivered on same day.

Alison and Ashley facilitated the replacement of one of the faulty lounges, the faulty one was replaced with a brand new one by the delivery guys.

We love all our selections, our home looks more beautiful than we anticipated.

Helpful, great price and product

I went in with my partner on 27 November 2021, a day after Black Friday. We just wanted to browse for our new house, but the deals were too good to leave without getting anything!

We were assisted by Ravi, who was so warm and friendly. He was honest and genuine, and gave us great advice on how to get the most of what we wanted within our budget - and ways to secure the best prices.

It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such excellent customer service anywhere, and I really appreciate Ravi’s service.

We spent roughly $8,900-$9,100 on a living room lounge, a theatre room lounge, a 7-piece dining set and an outdoor lounge set, which also includes delivery, assembly and packaging removal.

Bought a modular couch at a discounted price from here. I was advised it would be available in 4 weeks. They called me after about 2 weeks and advised my couch was ready for delivery. Very happy with the price, quality, service, and timeliness of delivery.

Very happy that we walked in and immediately found what we needed. I have outgrown my small work table at home and needed a larger one. We saw one that meets my needs, immediately, and it was also on a discount from 299 to 199. Met Oven, a very pleasant and competent sales staff, and the deal was sealed and paid for in less than 10 mins. We will collect it next week from the store once it comes in from the warehouse. We have bought other furniture from here before and are satisfied with the quality and pricing.

Great customer service from Abby. She was friendly, outgoing, quickly took care of my purchase and scheduled my delivery.

Daniel was patient as he answered all of my questions and helped me get the best deal possible.

Note: There was a problem with the delivery (1/3/2022) but not the fault of Amart. I worked with Rachel and Abby to get this cleared up.

I would still recommend Amart despite the mishap.

Its been the second time I have been to Amart and always greeted with smiles from Sales person Hannah. Her knowledge of the products is outstanding and her customer service is exceptional. Would recommend her if you need help.

Awesome customer service!
We had Daniel as our sales rep, he was great! Finding furniture for our new home was hard but Daniel helped us find furniture that fit the house nicely, got his measuring tape out, looked at our house plans and everything. He took his time in helping us and organised awesome deals for us.

Can't fault! Ordered online olso table and also bought in-store wooden Captain Jacks bunk bed and bamboo topped mattresses. Can't fault how these guys offer customers their best quality service. From showroom floor to pickup, just simply the best out there. We are very happy with our purchases.

I love Super Amart at Cannington. The staff are all amazing. The managers Arron and Jeff ( I think! ) Owen and Jo are brilliant at sales as are all the staff on the floor and at pick up. I won't go anywhere else now! Their service is amazing!
