Rang Austin with concerns about a possible scam and my computer the young man was extremely helpful and very reassuring, he told me what to do and it fixed my problem. Thankyou so much!!!

Had an issue with my laptop and took time to explain what led up to that point. They were friendly and super patient with the explanation! The guy answered my questions regarding what caused the issue too. Would definitely recommend :)

Awesome place been going there since late 2016 to get anything in Tech. But not a lot of staff there compared to ple which is much better. In range and price and plenty of staff to help with out. 🙂😏 But Austin still not to bad just not enough staff to help you out most of the time one person is serving you which is not good. But I still go there when I need to.

The lovely gentleman helped me in the store today with a tp link. I'd initially bought the wrong one. I brought it back a few days later and he swapped it to the correct one. He could have charged me a 20% fee after it had been opened but he didn't which I appreciated. Very good customer service and extremely helpful. Clean and tidy store aswell thank you

Excellent place to buy PC parts and assembled performance PCs. Just brought M.2 SSD for my laptop and owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Plus he even gave me a screw driver for fixing the SSD to motherboard for FREE 😍 Definately would go back there. Cheers 👍

Was delighted to have Sunday service - needing to get a computer urgently for my business. Only one person serving slowed the process down a fair bit, but I figure that's fair considering Sunday.
Computer is working beautifully 2 weeks in.

Needed a stand off screw to mount an ssd in a reasonably old mobo, he gave me 2 screws that he thought would fit and only asked for a good review as payment! Thank you and you'll be getting my business again when I need other parts :) cheers mate!

Asked for product, instant service, no confusion, good price. Took it home and realized I'd asked for the wrong thing! Took it back next day, full refund, no problems. Top service. Shop is a computer nerd's Alladin's cave!

Good service . My Ethernet cable was too long when daughter bought it. They exchanged to the correct one with the refund.

Had problems with my laptop and network card not connecting to Wifi.
Took it in and at the front desk, didn't work. Put it in for repairs, but technician found no faults. Recommended a dongle for wifi for $20. Picked up laptop... works perfectly again without dongle... and only charged me $20 for the dongle. No inspection fee. Was blown away by price and service. Thanks guys!!!

I don't come here for advice I'm just here to buy. I usually order online and pickup in store, orders are ready for pickup same day if they have stock. Well priced, and one of the few remaining businesses SOR that are. Parking is easy, and off the busy part of Albany Highway. I hope you guys stick around!

Bought my multi-use work/gaming PC about a year ago. There were a few issues with the new graphics card, but the staff done some testing and ended up replacing it with a slightly better model. Service was quick and helpful. Since that time, the PC has been stable, smooth and very fast. It was a well built machine - the second I have had from Austin Computers in 8 years

Very happy with purchase. Long wait which saw me going else where for comparison quotes. They had the best price, and I did return to make my purchase.

Great prices, functioning items, nice reps. Decently small store with a huge storage unit out the back. Go there if you need anything to do with computers, be it an ethernet cable, all the way to an amazing gaming setup for a fraction of the cost of other stores. Trust me, if you want it, they probably have it!
