The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through various options and providing detailed explanations without being pushy. What impressed me the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction; they went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed within my budget. The prices were competitive, and the quality of the products was top-notch. Overall, my experience at this electronic shop was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I went in to buy a laptop. I knew what I wanted as I saw 2 models online. As soon as I started to hover over the laptops somebody was there asking me if I need help. I explained the sales person what I am looking for and he took me directly to my models, he explained me the difference between the two models and he was so knowledgeable and clear, it took me 2 min to decide. He took my laptop to the counter and he was ready for the next customer.
Polite, quick and easy.
Very good service. I am always happy when I am not wasting my time trying to find what I need.

Great store and a fantastic team. Bec went out of her way to help me and even located and transferred stock from another store to ensure that I got what I needed. Went to buy new movies on DVD and got a copy of a vinyl I'd been looking for . Staff tried to source another record for me but sold out state wide.

This is a beautiful shop located in cannington. The staff are great. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I bought a GPS from them. The staff was kind enough to explain the details and differences between other GPS units. There is plenty of parking available. If you also need any sound system or radio in your car. These guysdo installation also which is great. So you dont have to look for an electrician later on.

It's my local and it's great, staff are always friendly and willing to help, I even end up having co verstaions about games with the guys here, absolutely top notch

I came in just over a week or two ago with a faulty laptop and was quite anxious about what was going to happen. The staff there were patient and very kind to me when dealing with my issue. They quickly resolved it for me and gave me a peace of mind. I would like to specifically say thanks to Rebecca (Sales), Melanie (Counter) and the manager of the store for assisting me above and beyond.

Not only is she professional, her resourcefulness and her commitment to help customers is simply amazing.

Came in to get a receipt for a laptop I purchased last year to get it fixed by Lenivo. Sahar helped me heaps esp w/ letting me know its still under warranty and sorted that out for me.

I can see an efficient collaboration & communication between staff and I’m glad I visited this branch to get the laptop.

Walked into the store and was greeted and allowed to browse. They had the product we were after. They did a price match less than any other price we had. They even had the product in stock so we purchased the food processor then. No online order or waiting for it to be delivered to W.A. A great shopping experience.
