Update: Changing my rating because they've renovated recently, their rustic look is more white and minimalistic now. And they completely changed their menu. Their $12 omelette + coffee, and $8.90 bacon roll wrap + coffee are both no longer available, which is a pity because these two items were what set them apart for me from the other cafes.

Their new menu is now very similar to what you get at most Instagram type cafes - smashed avo, big brekkie etc - pretty dishes that are overpriced and not what I can just grab in the morning on the way to work.

Sad to see my favourite brekkie place changed so much, I probably won't be returning anytime soon now.

Original review: Ordered the $12 omelette + coffee to take away, it came with two slices of sourdough toast, so this is really good value for money. The omelette portion is generous too (there's more under the toasts in the photo), and tastes good. Coffee is medium roast, so it'll suit most people, unless you like a strong brew.

Customer service was warm and friendly, and I loved the rustic crate décor. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed a few regulars coming in for their coffee, so the owner definitely has a good rapport with his customers. Highly recommended!

Absolutely undrinkable coffee. 2 stars because I felt sorry for him. Many better options around.
