I always bring my vehicles to Wells Smash they always do a fantastic job and they're customer service is great. I've always dealt with Scott directly for quotes and he's always gone over the top to make sure my vehicles get done on time. Everyone from the Wells team are always friendly and I enjoy brining my vehicles down to them for repairs even though I have to drive an hour each way. Highly recommended! Photo of the front bar they colour coded for me and repositioned my LED light bar.

So glad I went to Wells Smash instead of the repairer suggested by my insurance company. Friendly and helpful service from the beginning, with lovely receptionists. Appreciated being given a “worst case” estimate in terms of time, so that I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready sooner. I could tell care had been taken, and the car was returned in spotless condition being cleaned to a high standard. Overall very impressed and would recommend!

First ever accident so came into this with little clue and pretty stressed. The whole team was exceptional with their care and detail. Very friendly team, great communicators (which put us at ease) kept us up to date through the whole process. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone ! We had an enquiry and they helped us with honest advice. Explained what we should do after someone ran into our car and what the best way to handle it was. Very helpful and even when we went back a second time for advice it was given with a smile and advice. Wonderful people.

These guys are excellent! Bree (reception) is absolutely amazing, just so professional & helpful, & as the 'face' of the business she immediately put me at ease... The guys are all really accommodating & went above & beyond for me, I was super impressed with the high quality of customer service - rarely found these days... When other repairs took weeks and weeks and still couldn’t find the time to quote me, Wells had my car in and quoted within 24hrs of contacting them.
They have fantastic communication and personalised support at reception.
I had to head back into the office to say thank you when I picked up my car because is was so unbelievably happy with how clean and tidy it was when I sat in it 😊

Panelbeating work from an accident. The service was outstanding. The quality of the repair work is by far the best of any panel work I have had done on the gc. The paint colour matching and the quality of the repair work is unbeleivable. 2nd time I have used Wells Smash Repairs and I will continue to use them everytime!!

My car was repaired by Well’s for Youi. Bree was very helpful and supportive and communicated thoroughly. The gentleman overseeing the repair was also very helpful, walking me through the repair plan and allowing me to see the bodywork prior to paint when I dropped in unplanned. He understood how precious my car is to me and did fantastic work.
I wouldn’t want to have bodywork done, but if I had to I’d use Wells.

From our initial call to the completion of repairs, Wells Smash Repairs have been amazing!! Hands down, best customer service I have experienced on the Gold Coast by any company. Donna made us feel welcome, understood all of our concerns and was incredibly polite and informative. Aldo had great communication skills, answered all of our enquiries promptly and thoroughly. We felt comfortable Aldo was experienced and we were going to be well looked after. We actually heard from Aldo 2 days before our broker even contacted us to advise the insurance had been sorted and the car was ready to be taken in for repair!! Quality workmanship and care was taken on the repairs by panel beaters and spray painters and finished to the highest of standards in a short time frame (something we were very thankful for as the car was needed for work). Wells Smash also thoroughly cleaned our vehicle before returning to us to ensure all dust had been removed. We are extremely thankful to the whole team. Thanks so much for making a painful time as stress free as possible, your efforts are truly appreciated.
