PLC Arundel

Love coming to PLC Arundel! As someone who is starting out in fitness, it was really nice to join and meet a fun community and supportive coaches who are there to guide you along the way. The workouts are always changing as well so you don’t get bored of doing the same thing. Best decision to start my fitness journey at PLC!

PLC Arundel is such a supportive and motivating training space. All the trainers are so lovely, welcoming and push you to your absolute limits! You never leave having a bad session - wouldn't want to train anywhere else!

PLC are a beautiful team of coaches and staff who are friendly and caring! They create a fun motivating environment and I love going to the group sessions. Even all the other people training are fun and friendly. What a great vibe :)

I've been going to PLC Arundel for about 6 months now and have seen amazing results, and feel so much stronger! The trainers are all absolutely amazing, they push you to lift heavier and keep going, as well as helping with injuries and how to adjust. They are all such genuine people as well, and you don't feel like just another number like at some other gyms. Definitely worth the cost, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have only been a member of PLC Arundel for a short time - it is such a fun-loving environment! Every single trainer is vivacious, outgoing and always makes you feel welcomed. They warm my heart and never fail to put a smile on my face. Working out has never been made so easy and enjoyable!

I am totally in love with this place. Impossible to choose my favourite day/workout as they are all truly fantastic. I love that there are weight sessions every day. I also love that the trainers are all very knowledgeable and supportive and push you to do your very best. Genuinely lovely people. Really can’t praise this gym enough. 10/10 without a doubt.

I have trained here for a while and still find the workouts challenging. I am constantly progressing my strength and endurance and am the fittest I have ever been!

Really great gym, lovely vibe and amazing staff. Always so welcoming and friendly. My only feedback would be to try and hire coaches/staff that are going to be staying with the club and not leaving all the time. But overall a great gym

Sally and Britt have been amazing with their energy and tuition towards myself and other clients I've seen. Working with them past 2 days on my 28 day plan has got me very excited to see the incredible result that yet to come!

Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. The trainers are amazing- always super friendly while pushing me to achieve my goals. I can not recommend this place highly enough. I’m so happy that I joined this incredible community 💪💕

I have been going for about 7 weeks now and I absolutely love this gym the trainers are so supportive and motivating and so friendly and easy to talk to and have so much knowledge
It’s honestly changed my life from
Someone who would use a asthma puffer at least 3 times or more a day to maybe once a week now
The change in such a short time is incredible
And all the clients so friendly and we push each other to get through those hard sets

Friendly, non judgmental and they include a lot of extras you'd normally have to pay for. So happy I found this place.
