Popped in to get my regular vitamin E eye cream and was pleasantly surprised to receive 2 free gift packs- one for myself and another to give to 'someone who brings me joy'...such a lovely gesture form the store. My free gift pack contained Love & Plums hand cream and Lip butter and a Kindness & Pears Lip scrub. I plan to give the other gift pack to my wonderful zumba instructor! Thank You Body Shop Chatswood. :-)

Although the store isn't as wide as QVB store, it is comfortable to shop here. The staffs are really nice and have great knowledge of their products. They're so ready to answer your every question and offer good suggestions for your need. TBS products are worth every cent because they use natural ingredients and the most important thing, they are againts animal testing.

The staff working on Sunday were fantastic and super helpful ! Myself and my partner were recommended the hemp seed oil mask and it's really helped the dry skin issue we've been experiencing recently. 10/10 service. We were attended to quickly and were given great customer service. We were given some product to experience in a covid safe manner and walked away with a satisfying and affordable product!
