Beenleigh Pet Motel

Boarded 2 large dogs here, one in which is anxious. They were very well cared for and seemed to love the staff. Will definitely board with them again, great option for high energy dogs. Good price!

Was Millie first time at this pet motel and only second time ever being boarded. She is a dog that frets easy so was very nervous going in. But she was happy on pick up which was great. They even managed to do her nails which vets were not able to do because of how anxious she gets. Will definitely take her back again

Wow we are so grateful for finding Beenleigh Pet Motel. Not only was Vicky so understanding of me being a furry babies helicopter mum with all my questions. We were able to drop our babies off just before 8am and then found out that they could be brought home for us. The joy of seeing our babies was great but when the lady who brought them home(sorry I did not get your name with all the excitement of seeing my babies) our babies actually tried to go home with you. Thank you so much for being amazing and we can not wait for our next holiday so Archie and Cassie can come back to your pet motel ☺

Our Afghan Hound, Captain, is always so happy to come here and he has stayed many times now. He always comes home really happy and excited. You can tell this place is run by people that care about animals. Highly recommended and the rooms are great too.

We dropped our kitten/cat off here for a week he was well looked after and enjoyed his time away, he was even delivered to our door on Sunday.

Best accomodation around. Always bring my babies here. They don’t always remember my name but they always remember Chester’s.

I have left my French Mastiff, with Vicki and the team 3 times now and every time he is well looked after. The service here is awesome, friendly smiling staff with an excellent attitude. Our mastiff is a bit needy and loves company, but the team at Beenleigh Pet Motel take great care of our boy. When we collected our boy on Tuesday night, they had washed him and deodorised him, he looked awesome. We would ring BPM everyday to check that he was doing ok and not stressing and the team were more than happy to keep us updated with how he was getting on. I would highly recommend Beenleigh Pet Motel, especially if you going to stress yourself about you pet.

Friendly staff, the deluxe room with single bed suited our dog perfectly! and she came home in a relaxed, happy state. A big thankyou to all the staff who cared for Bella.

Dexter loved his stay here unfortunately we had to cut his stay definatly reccomend lovely staff and dexter was well looked after

First time leaving our cats under someone else’s care for a few days and the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease. They showed us where our fluffy babies would be staying and assured us that everything will be fine. Pricing is very competitive and the cats were in good spirits when we picked them up. My girls, Mango and Lemon, come to Beenleigh Pet Motel 2 to 3 times a week while I work. I call it Doggie Daycare. The pups love Vicki and her staff. Knowing they are safe and loved while I work has changed my life. Pricing is super generous for what you get.

We have left our Cat here on many occasions for trips away up to 2 weeks. The staff have always been prompt and professional. The pricing is competitive. The cat loves having the space to roam in the more premium lodgings. Lodgings are clean and cats seemed happy.

Really friendly staff, decent sized spaces with access to the outdoors for the pooches.

Last time I took Oscar to a different kennel he came out and was visibly not happy - he then went for the biggest pee I've ever see him do. Conclusion I came to was that he hadn't been outside at all and last time we'll be using that kennel.

THIS TIME!! - Amazing, he had his new brother with him too which could have made a difference but they both came out happy and waggy and looking healthy.
We will be using Beenleigh Pet Motel again and I am happy to recommend them. Good job 👍👍👍👍👍

Always feel very comfortable going away and leaving my dog with Viki at the Beenleigh pet motel. My dog gets looked after very well. And when I call to check on her Viki always reassures me that my dog Tayah is happy and responds well to her handlers. My dog is not the easiest to handle and I worry that other people don't like her because of that. But Viki and the other handlers love her and gets excited when they see her which makes it easy for me to leave her there knowing she is going to be happy and treated well.

THE BEST place there is, and I've done a lot of research!!! Vicki and her team are brilliant and our 2 beloved mastiff dogs return happy and unstressed after enjoying a HUGE private yard away from the hustle and bustle (since they're not dog-friendly). They're not normally people-friendly either but Vicki and her team handle them with ease and we can tell our dogs are comfortable and happy. We've been using Beenleigh Pet Motel for some years now and it makes me so much more at ease about going on holidays knowing they are in such capable, caring hands. We really appreciate how well our dogs are handled which is why I've made the effort to write a review, which I rarely do. Honestly, I can't praise them enough. The huge private yard is unique amongst any kennels I know but I would leave them here regardless because of the level of care and capability. Thank you, Vicki and team. We appreciate it!!!
