I have recently moved to QLD and I was shopping around for a Doctor. I can say I was very impressed, great communication, very friendly. Not a long wait time. Very clean and modern. Will definitely take my Family there.

Helpful, friendly staff. Doctor Ali was wonderful. Patient, efficient, professional and made eye contact. Listened and did not rush me out. Decors beautiful atmospheres great. I highly recommend this medical centre.

Have only visited a couple times but happy with my experience so far. Staff are polite and helpful. There is an option to do a self check-in which is fairly simple and easy to use, but takes a bit of time with all of the questions that need to be answered.
Doctor was only running a few minutes behind, and was very thorough during the appointment. Felt like I was listened to as a patient and not just rushed through quickly which I really appreciate.

Location is easy to access and they seem to always have plenty of parking spaces available.

I recommend this place, Dr Ali was amazing, kind and professional. The waiting area was clean, modern and comfortable. The admin staff were friendly and helpful making the whole visit a pleasant experience.

Reception staff and doctor are very friendly and thorough. I see doctor Ali for my toddler on a regular basis and he is one of the best doctors I've seen in years. Doesn't rush through the visit and genuinely cares about patients.

Lovely caring doctors and welcoming reception staff..I have an adult autistic daughter who is made to feel safe and happy there..have been seeing Dr Josephine Ching for 7 years and have always felt heard, considered and most importantly diagnosed correctly.

Dr Ching is the most amazing doctor. She cares and is thoughtful. When I see her she makes me feel so much better just being her. She is beyond 5 stars ⭐

Lovely ladies on the front desk always make the experience enjoyable and then the dr is fantastic. It also has the advantage of a 4cyte built in so if blood tests are needed it's right next door

Amazing practice, very personalised and Dr Ali is the best doctor I've ever had but all the staff are wonderful, caring and friendly.

I have been going to this practice for I think over 4 years now. I can not fault this practice! The reception ladies are ALL lovely! Friendly and attentive to our needs every time I’ve gone in. The nurse who works on the desk as well is also amazing! She’s done all immunisations for two of my kids and she’s always been great! The doctors are also very helpful and great to deal with. The one review by the man who says it’s not good must be a bitter rude person who was most likely nasty and unreasonable. My entire family has been going here for over 4 years with no problems! Definitely recommend them!

I'm a frequent flyer and all doctors are friendly my doctor saved my life and he's been the most supportive doctor. DR ANAND understands me and listens to me. The nurses are great and treat you a friend. Receptions are always welcoming and friendly. I have referred many neighbors to this practice. If your looking for the best health care don't look any further. Tell them I sent you.
