Commonwealth Bank Runaway Bay Branch

Went to the branch today to set up a Travel Money Card. Was greeted well by a lovely lady who organised an appojtment for me within the hour. Returned to the branch an hour later and Karen assisted me with the TC set up. Karen was extremely polite and patient throughout the process, was very helpful, had a great attitude and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. Great job !

I'm a customer for now 40 Years and found this Branch very helpful. I had an Issue (which I created) with my Loan, it got solved in one day. All Staff very helpful, specially in our area, were elderly Customer do there Banking. Thanks

Yesterday I was there again and met Carol Crawford, who said she was new at the branch, just like me...but many years of working somewhere else brought experience, knowledge and willingness to work an extra mile, to solve customer 's problem! I feel so happy to have chosen right bank/ branch !

A well run branch with exceptional service. Nothing is ever a problem and there a plenty of staff to assist you getting things sorted. When we first started to use the app we weren't too sure on how to operate it. We were given a 20 minute tutorial by one of the helpful staff. Recently had an issue with me forgetting my pin and they sorted out the issue in 5 minutes. A great place to bank !

I’ve recently changed banks to commonwealth and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Britney made it so easy to get me started with setting up my account. Then the whole team made the process so quick and easy. Can’t thank the team at runaway bay enough. And the biggest thanks to Britney without out her knowledge and wisdom I might have chosen a different bank. 5 stars all the way

I went to shop at Coles at Runaway Bay and my friend was waiting for me in the car. After shopping my phone died, it was hot and not knowing exactly what to do I walked into the Commonwealth Bank for some AC. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the front. She asked me if I was alright and I told her what happened. Without hesitation I was offered help, the branch staff are very caring and thoughtful professional. They go above and beyond to help you even if your reason was not banking!! Caring staff and outstanding customer service skills. Thank you for saving my day!!

On our holiday trip we had a urgent issue that needed to be fixed straight away.
That happened with without any problems and the staff were super professionals, straight shooters and extremely helpful.
Acting immediately with the Branch Manager Martin and his crew my problem was solved in a matter of minutes.
Left the branch 100% happy and satisfied.

Good quickest services and refunds for adverse payments

Runaway bay branch I called 4 times to get a simple answer to my enquiry no one would pick up the phone. The manager should go and redo their management course. As a result I had to drive to the bank on a hot day 36 deg to get the question answered.I feel like changing my bank now.
