Excellent service. Friendly and efficient staff. Small facility but clean. Tables indoors and outdoors. Food delivery services operate from this store. Drive thru here. Located on the main road that links Prospect with Blacktown. COVID-safe policies have been implemented at this store. #blactown

it's currently 1:19am and my roommate came back with fresh nuggets and hot chips with an amazing amount of salt on them. My roommate told me that the young male manager that served him was quite a funny man and was very polite. given the time, this was incredibly nice to hear and quite a pleasant experience for him.

All in all, a great midnight greasy meal.

Thank you to that young manager for putting a smile on both my roommates and my own face.

The Manager Chris was extremely helpful with my condition. As a young person with severe and chronic back pain, Chris saw I was in pain reaching for my walking stick and immediately jumped into assistance and collected my walking stick for me. This simple and respectful gesture is the reason why I enjoy McDonald's over any fast food chain. The food was delicious too. Fantastic work Blacktown Mega Centre McDonald's and to Chris too.

Staff was very welcoming esp the manager with the short blonde hair.. I reckon everyone that eats in should just grab a table card and await for their meals, so we are not bombarded with hungry customers lol

Easy access by car, bike or foot, plenty of parking, open 24 hours, inside and outside seating. And yes there was a place where I could park my bike and sit at a table right next to it.

All the staff is great and very friendly but one staff member goes that extra step with customer service .All with a smile. Her name is Sandy .Asset to the store in every way ..I'll will be back 😁

A week later I come into the same Maccas, and YES, they gave me my toy, and in quick fashion. I am no longer crossed =)
