Exceptional service. The store manager Sebastian was super impressive, getting my partner immediately out of choice paralysis and running in-store. A brief review of gait and footstep made it easy to see how the subsequent recommendations were deliberate and methodical - not just a blanket approach. It can feel impossible to know enough about the endless range of sneakers, so having a thorough assessment left me confident that we have the right shoes to support my training. We were not put under any obligation to commit to an overpriced purchase, infact we came in well under budget and the same products were cheaper than at neighbouring stores. All in all. Randomly walking into the store, I have never felt more certain in an athletic product. Thank you very much!

I have weird feet so finding the right running shoe has been difficult, but Callista had made the process so easy. Her product knowledge is amazing, so be sure to ask for her when you come in. To add to this, shopping on Boxing Day was already so stressful, but she made the process so seamless. Now I can look fresh and feel comfortable on Field Day in my new green ASICS Gel Kayano 28s.

ASICS not only have the best for runners but also an excellent customer service. Thank you Nicole for your time and patient (and your help to set up my Afterpay card lol!) I will definitely be back on Christmas. This is probably the best ASICS shop in Sydney.

Never bought ASICS except for my son. I have recently been bombarded on Instagram with the new light blue gel model…which definitely got me interested to the point of swinging by the ASIC Bondi junction store today to see if they had them in store…walked in and was so underwhelmed by the service and attention…only one person was at the service desk…no hello or can I help you…seemed like the manager was more interested in getting his bookkeeping right as he had his head buried in a folder as I walked straight passed him…such a shame …as the marketing did its job to get me into a store to purchase only to be completely ignored by the staff in store…

No greeting no say hi . Again when already bought it I came back to return coz the shoe s not suit me.
The manager said no box no return!!!
He doesn’t care the customer . He should suggest the better way. Another staff should be up to the manager instead him she try her best to help.
