Visited for Country Music! Saw West Texas Crude. Absolutely sensational band! Fabulous venue! Cheers for the music 🎶 & bar food! The cheese & bickies were perfect! Sandwiches 🥪 Super fresh & reasonably priced! Cheers also to the staff for the amazing service! 👏🎶👏🎶👏

We have visited many times before however we were attending the music festival this past weekend. Everywhere was booked out so we thought to give longyard a go for lunch. We rocked up place is packed live music playing. We managed to get a table and the drink and food service was so fast! Even with the crowd staff were lovely our toddler also had a great time and enjoyed their meal! Great drinks, service and atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing. The son Ng room setting is great, the staff are friendly and the food was amazing!! By far, one of the best dinners we've EVER had!!

Came here to party for country music festival over 2 nights. Had fun with a good atmosphere. Happy atmosphere at festival time when I was here. Didn't have food. Band was awesome both nights, not country, just covers everyone knows and can dance too.

Went for dinner and drinks with colleagues- great service and selection of drink options.
Everyone’s meals came reasonably quick, the schnitzel took about 3 minutes! Super speedy & they were delicious. They also have a courtesy bus that was free! So that was an added bonus.

My husband and I stopped in here with our 3 year old and 1 year old & sat under the shaded pergola area next to the playground. This section was lovely to eat and watch the little ones burn off some steam.

The playground is fully fenced & there’s a lovely cabana / lounge area right next to it also.

Great menu & the food was super quick to come out and was delicious (I highly recommend the pork belly). Friendly staff & lovely location.

The food was amazing and the bar staff where really friendly great atmosphere with the live band playing and the dance floor and the heaters and the fireplace! Will definitely be back!

We're travelling through town and stopped to check out the Golden Guitar. Parked next to The Longyard and decided to sit in for lunch before hitting the road again. We were not disappointed. Big, beautiful old pub with a great atmosphere. Meals were amazing, service fantastic

What a great surprise !
Very impressive with the quality of the food, quite generous in size and very delicious. Really recommended Chicken and Mushroom Crepe. Even a basic dish like Cesar Salad with Grilled Chicken is also very tasty.
Friendly staff, plenty of car park and convenient from high way stop. Really recommended. 😊

Cozy, relaxed place. T bone was prepared just as it should be. Prices are in an affordable range. Wide variety of dishes, pleasant staff, self service.

Super yummy food, girls behind the bar were a little grumpy, aside from that a good time for all

Went on a quiet Monday night. The food was great. Lots of sitting space indoor and outdoors.

Great atmosphere and bands, especially on the deck.Good food, great staff. Very busy during Country music festival but still great.

Yummy!! Drinks were cold and refreshing, meals were yummy hot and delicious. Steaks were cooked to perfection, Great place to take family for a yummy feed… only downside is I didn’t win any meat trays with the raffles but that’s all good. 👍

Highly recommend the long yard for meals cold beer 🍺 They have live music Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday, Sess. We were there for the Friday and it was absolutely fantastic. I was glad we stayed in Tamworth as the motel was right next door, but I didn't have far to walk back. I highly recommend you stop over for a few days.

This place has an awesome atmosphere, it's very busy but there are plenty of tables inside and out.
The menu is sure to please everyone and the food is excellent.
We didn't have long to wait for ours.
The staff are very nice and very helpful.

Our meals came out very quickly & they were beautiful & a reasonable price for the large amount of food served. The service was great & the staff were friendly. We had a really nice night out. Thank you.

Great place to eat . Food I had was delicious. Kitchen open all day which is great .So if you drop in with friends at 3 pm you can pick up a snack plater . Will eat there again
