Harbour Town Day/Night Surgery

Being on holidays I needed a quick fix for a blocked ear, they got me in same day and sorted me out. I had enough wax in my ear to block a water pipe. The nurse was fantastic and persisted until she got me hearing again. So happy to be able to continue my holiday with 2 able ears. Thanks guys.

Nurse Lou you are incredible, gentle, kind and have personality. Thanks for your help. I like going to Dr Samir. Appointments are quick and straightforward. I go in with an issue or needing assistance to get something and he is quick to help. Thanks team ❤

I have started seeing Dr Hassan Abdelkawy for a range of health issues and found him and all of the practice staff to be very helpful and supportive with all that I’m dealing with. I arrived early for my appointment and was dealt with and seen in a very timely manner and most of all treated with respect which is something that is hard to find in this day and age. I highly recommend this surgery.

My family has been going to the clinic for quite a while. Great doctors and services, especially our GP dr Samir Ibrahim. Highly recommended.

The Drs nurses and staff are fantastic at this clinic , have never had a reason to think other wise .

Was made to feel very comfortable & did not scare the living daylights out of me

Dr. Samir is absolutely fantastic. He was attentive to my needs and gave me clear direction. He’s now my go-to GP, even though he’s far from where I live- its worth it. Reception was also fantastic. Thank you!

You always expect a wait at the doctor's but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The appointment was also very quick for my simple issues. Highly recommend coming here if you don't like waiting around for an hour!

Went to the Coast with family for a weeks vacation and we all went to Harbourtown for shopping and I needed to see a doctor seen Harbourtown Day/Night doctors so went in and 25 minutes later I was out very friendly staff and doctor and no problem Bulk Billing, I will recommend anyone to go and see them.

First time here, didn't wait to long at all, my doctor was lovely and tended to my visit very quickly, very happy 🙂👍

This is a great medical practice, my family have been seeing Drs here for years, I have been seeing Dr Tampoe who is a thorough professional and compassionate medical practictioner.

Dr sultana is always very caring and takes any precautions. Very happy with her can highly recommend

I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment, Dr Ibrahim was friendly & helpful.
Within the surgery is also a pathology room where you can have a blood test (if required). This was very convenient on a Saturday morning to see Dr Ibrahim + have a blood test, all in the same surgery 😊

Absolutely lovely people! When I called, the receptionist was very helpful and kind. Also when seeing the Doctor he was amazing, he listened to my concerns and was compassionate. I felt very comfortable. I definitely recommend!

Easy online new patient form so there’s no need to fill one out when you arrive. My doctor was great no rush and thorough. Dr Hendawi.

I arrived, as I always do, a little bit earlier than the set time for my doctor's appointment. I was surprised to get in before my time was due, which of course is an unlikely event. It just got better from there: I was seen by two very competent doctors, one being a new GP and then by my own Doctor. The first doctor assessed me and the senior doctor confirm her dianosis and I was out of there happier than when I arrived. Brilliant :)

I really liked this clinic, not a long wait time and our doctor, Dr Sultana was lovely and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back, hope to make her my regular GP from now on. We felt very comfortable.

Not much I can say except that Dr. Ahmed Hendawi is the best Doctor I've ever seen !!!!
