Direct Lighting Joondalup

Can not say anymore than excellent service from this lighting store, I have purchased a lot of lights from these guys over the years and never had any problems. Recenly I purchased some L.E.D lights for outside and had a couple of problems with screw fittings breaking (most of things are from China now and they make things as cheap as possible). I have a heavy hand and blame myself to some extent to the damage I caused but the owners were understanding and replaced the Item with no hesitation.
As said before great store, great service and I will continue to shop with them in the future, even if the shop is busy they will always strive to make time for your enquiries and answer your questions............. Just like the old days !

Great customer service and after sale service. I am really happy that I spent $1000 for lights in this stor. They gave me a replacement when I just showed them some broken crystal from my chandelier and also they gave me a creadit to replace a down light which was not suitable to my ceiling. I definitely recommend this place to you and all my friends.

It is great to deal with a local family business who know there products inside and out.
I called into the store on Sunday to have a look at lighting for a project i am currently on and was made to feel at home by the owners who asked what i was looking for and then showed me the ranges that would suit.
At no time was a sales pitch pushed on me which was great.
I will be back when we are at the next stage, i also forgot to say that one of the staff from a National Chain told me Direct Lighting has a better range than they did.
5 out out 5 well done.

Would recommend this company to anyone looking for lighting.
Recently went to Beacon and downlight cost $30 each (after discount) and went to Direct Lighting and theirs were half that...got 4 for price of 2 as standard price. Very knowledgeable....Beacon has young girls who do their best but are not experts. The customer service & product knowledge & value for money cant be beat. Never going back to Beacon.

Have been here 3 times now and bought all my lighting there. Both owners are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and will also show specials at the time which is awesome when you are on a budget. Huge range and beautiful lights. I will always go here now and nowhere else. They are a pleasure to deal with.

I needed two 10 mil screws to fit light covers over old ceiling fans and the guy in the shop was very helpful and informative and I recommend them to anyone local people local business really good thank you
