I just had an appointment at this centre with Dr Chen! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful! No rush for finishing up my session, he checked all my medical history, and helped me with all the tests and required medical checks! The waiting list is not that long if you add yourself to the online queue in advance. I will definitely go back to him as my permanent GP.

I have had appointments with multiple doctors at the Claremont practice and the Victoria Park practice, I have used different doctors only for my convenience and would happily revisit any of them. Every doctor has had excellent expertise, knowledge, bedside manner and provided effort that went beyond what I expected. I feel very privileged and grateful to have access to their services.

Easy to get time slot in the morning with “Walk In GP” App. Understanding in urgent cases. Highly recommend Dr Susan.

Quick to get an appointment online. Doc was friendly and diagnosed my 5 year year old well.
Good if you need a doctor in a pinch!

on a few occasions we observe one doctor (dr VS) just doesn’t do physical examination, e.g he took patient’s self diagnoses. One visit I had a bad sore throat infection, he didn’t even look at my throat. How would he know if it is tonsillitis or Pharyngitis? I got antibiotics anyhow. Is this best practice? idk but questionable. I recall other doctors would have examined my throat.

I went in to see dr sakarapani, she was the rudest doctor and person I’ve ever come across, I won’t be returning to this clinic. She made me feel so uneducated and stupid and had no time for me what so ever. I understand this is a walk in service, but your better off waiting for an appointment with a doctor who will listen. So disappointed.

waited 2 and a half hours. Wanted to get a mental health care plan. The doctor told me they “don’t have enough time to do that today and I’ll have to come back another day”. Waste of time.

Good Afternoon, I saw one of your female doctors today, and just needed a script and a pathology test.The doctor was so rude and obnoxious, she spoke to me like a preschooler, wouldn't even look at me when speaking.This particular doctor should realise, patients are not just a Medicare number, they are people that deserve respect.If she dislikes her patients so much, that she can't operate with common courtesy, then she should find another career.I was truly disgusted and will never return to this clinic.Sincerely

$80 out of pocket after waiting for an hour for piecemeal advice. No longer bulk billed which was the only thing going for the place.

Worst place in Perth - minimum wait 1.5 hours, no matter if you’re second on the list. Doctors are hopeless too

I came in at 8:30 this morning and was told by the receptionist that it will be beteen1 to 1.5 hour waiting time. It is now 11:45am and I am still waiting.

Would have been helpful to put on your website that you are closed 21/01/23 instead if saying open!

Dr was rude, dismissive, condescending and had little or no interest in helping. Very disappointing.
