Beyond happy with the service I received. First time ordering online for a home delivery within 2 hours. Had the store call me to confirm details within my order. They were very prompt. For some reason their end said click and collect even though I could show I selected delivery. Lady on phone was super understanding and helpful as I was super unwell and unable to drive in to collect. Processed my order within 30 minutes including delivery. Super grateful for the service they provided. Definitely recommend the store due to the staffs helpfulness.

Very Good customer service. Went with a script from the doctor for some Antibiotics which are not available due to a shortage. The pharmacist was kind enough to ring the doctor and ask for an alternative antibiotics to be scripted!

Just be aware that they do charge $2 PER document to certify “true copies of documents”. There are neighbouring chemists around Girrawheen that do this for free.
