I've been living in or around this area for the last 17 years. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I love walking into a store and feeling a genuinely positive team vibe. While it would be nice to see more Swan Valley wines in the store, I guess you cant stock every wine ever made. Some you win, other times, you pick a different wine. 😍

I was after Martini or French Martini; I found a great selection of Gin in this place which was really unexpected. I also found interesting sparkling wines, Prosecco & champagne. The staff was very eager to help and the lady was knowledgeable on the Cocktail recipe I wanted. Quite unexpected in that place ( Alexander Heights shopping centre is a tiny & basic local mall ). Will be back soon ..

As a regular customer i believe it is woeful how little support you supply your staff regarding the new WA mandates. As a nationwide company you should be supplying extra cover to deal with the people who seem to think your staff created the services WA mandate and not relying upon team members to deal with aggressive customers. The 5 stars are for your staff, not your company.
