Bought a second hand ipad air 2. Customer service was great. Answered all my questions that I had. First time buying a apple product. Have to go home and try it out. Other than that service was excellent.

UPDATE: My ipad works great and I have had no trouble with it at all since I got it. Was a great purchase and I'm very satisfied and happy. Dated this 14/02/23.

Got the second hand phone from them. Saw them first few weeks back to repair my broken samsung was adviced not to repair as it was old and not worth fixing.
Went to other shops and they all wanted to charge me huge amount for an really old phone.
They gave me thr right advice so came back and got the phone from them.
They helped me transfer the data from old phone to new one.

My husband & I come from Greenwood to this shop.
When Hubby bought a phone from them the owner offered to replace the battery at a very discounted rate, he decided not to at the time but owner said to come back if he ever needed it done & he would get the same price.
Months down the track they still honoured the price even though hubby had nothing in writing. Good customer service 👍

Had to go back today & get my phone battery replaced 🤦‍♀
They discovered a previous dodgy screen replacement which caused lots of issues 🤦‍♀
Fixed everything at a reasonable price 😁
