Homebush Halal Meats

I visited today to buy meat and this place came up on google as a halal butcher. I purchased cervapi and was greeted by owner Mohamad who was the most kindest generous welcoming man. He gave me free samples to try out if the goodness of his heart! I will be a forever customer and will recommend to everyone! Not only was he so kind but the quality and taste of the meats was superb!

Mr Muhamad and his staff, as usual were ever so friendly and helpful to us.
Meat was fresh and of the highest quality.
Staff was ever so obliging to cut the meat pieces according to our liking and even make recommendations to the best cut for certain ways of cooking.
A definite thumbs up.

Bought 5kg brisket from the shop. Juicy, tender and not much fat in it. Best meat. Very friendly people. Top butcher in the area. Would love to go there again.

I like this place as it is conveniently located next to the train station and close enough if you're coming from the city. Price is debatable since its close proximity from CBD. If you happen to meet the owner, say hi, he'd be nice enough to let you sample some of the cured meats.

Halaal and healthy meat is sold here. Shop is neat and clean.

Customer service is very poor. I have just called them for quick small order 410PM on Sat. After accepting the order the person argued for next 10mins, suggesting to order earlier as he has less time to prepare. He would argue for next 10 mins but not prepare the order or say we cannot deliver. Why accept the order in first place!

Secondly, few weeks back I saw the owner talking to someone on shop door sharing / videos with another customer who was not wearing mask and no social distancing. When I raised the issue that this is not right during covid lockdown, he argued with me and offcourse rude.

Saw the stuff process the ordered meat without waering any gloves in their hands. When I asked the lady who served me, she was rude and replied that they were allowed to do so. Would never recommend this shop to anybody.

You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.
The most expensive shop in Sydney.If you want to get ripped off please visit there.went to buy fresh goat mince which I normally buy 10 to 12 dollar a kilo and these guys charge me $18 a kilo and that is for crappy frozen stuff.Never going back again.
