Joseph Scarcella was my Property Manager for about 8 years. I had good tenants who always paid on time, thanks to direct debit, and they look after the place well. So there was not much else for Joseph to do, beside an inspection ONCE a year.
The first time I needed Joseph to support me in a maintenance issue, he folded like a deck if cards. He absolutely refused to support me, as the Landlord, in any way.
I was completely dissappointed with Joseph. He demonstrated to my he has no spine and is unreliable.
I am glad to have finally cut ties with him and moved on.
