Be Well Dental

I've been twice now to Be Well Dental and the service has been exceptional. Dr Trang is dedicated to her profession and it shows. I never enjoyed going to the dentist, however after my last visits I have full confidence in the team. Dr Trang is a great communicator, very thorough and extended my session time when I had an emergency treatment. I am now excited about my dental health plan and look forward to future visits!

Recently, I had my fixed orthodontic wire re glued at Be Well Dental. The staff were professional and attentive throughout the process! I was comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience with excellent care. Highly recommend.

I do not think it is possible to have a more positive experience during a wisdom tooth extraction. It was so quick, neat, and gentle. I was in awe of how quick it was!
My recovery was perfect too.

I know the place has 5 stars but they're legit. They were very gentle and patient with their extraction, warned me of all risks, worked with me and around lockdown. They were nice, had a really neat setup on the ceiling to help distract you, and were communicative and made sure any needs or concerns were met.

These are top docs. Well done, and thank you again.

Never thought I would say this about a dentist's practice but I look forward to coming back! I followed my partner's recommendation a year ago and visited Be Well for the first time. Since then Dr Will takes great care of my teeth and I can pass on the recommendation without any hesitation - I never had a better experience. Be Well is different, it's more than just a place to get your teeth fixed. The doctor's choice is always a question of trust, here you can feel that you are in good hands with the first step in. The doctors, dental assistants and receptionists are so nice, they make you feel safe, comfortable and welcome. It's just a pleasant experience to come for an appointment. During the procedures you can watch documentaries about nature which is relaxing and before you even notice you're ready to go. See you next time! I will definitely come back. I had a great experience! I won't lie, I'm still not excited about going to dentists 😅. But, this place is different, it's the least scary, and most pleasant experience I have ever had with dental treatment. All staff members from the dentists, dental assistants, and receptionist are super nice, friendly, professional, and helpful. Everyone who work here seemed to want the best for the patient. In my experience, I saw that they are doing their best, and humbly let you know when something is outside their scope.

I had not been to the dentist in a long time, Dr Will and Dr Bao both made me feel extremely comfortable from the get go. They explained everything with great clarity, and the whole experience was quick and painless. The rest of the team, including dental assistants and receptionists were also great. You can tell that everyone who works at this dental clinic really cares about their patients. Would recommend this dentist to anyone, and will definitely be going back for future check-ups.

This must be the best dental studio in Brisbane. They make feel taken care of and that I can trust them. Like many, I have a complicated relationship with dentists, but both doctors at Be Well have impressed me with their knowledge and emotional intelligence. They are honest in the way that they present your case to you and help you think long term. They have the latest technologies and I love that you stare at a screen with nature documentaries while they work on you. Everybody is very nice, kind, and very professional. Part of what you pay is also reinvested in community projects.

The team were unbelievably professional and caring, not to mention EXTREMELY gentle. I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental work.

I have been coming to Be Well for 3 years now, and I must admit - both dentists are not only professional and amazing, but kind, generous and good hearted people as well. Reception team are amazing and welcoming professionals.
I moved to another suburb in Brisbane and used a local service for convenience, but chose to return to their practice - as they are true professonals that are priced well and every prodecure is painless. You won't find a better practice in Brisbane.

Before coming to Be Well Dental, my confidence with dentists had plunged into an all-time low; it was the numbing pain of a toothache that forced me to seek help. I looked around for a reputable dentist in Brisbane and came across Be Well Dental. Desperate for help, I booked an appointment with the promise that I would just get an extraction and head back home as my previous experience with root canal treatment had been excruciating.

I fell in love with Be Well Dental staff on my first visit. They were extremely friendly, easing my fear of dentists. The dentist recommended root canal treatment and a crown instead of an extraction, and it took constant reassurance of no pain to agree to the procedure. Throughout the procedure, the dentist displayed a great level of skill and patience, making me feel at ease. Except for a little discomfort, the procedure was painless. He has since become my regular dentist and I actually enjoy my visits there.

I am so impressed by how well the dentists at Be Well Dental handled my two children during a recent dental appointment. My children have always feared their dental appointments and I decided to give your clinic a try. I was surprised at how well your staff handled them and made them comfortable, and the appointment went on smoothly. Be Well Dental is definitely not your average dental practice. It very quickly becomes obvious to you that it's actually really important to them about the experience you are having in using their services - and they've already addressed so many things which might usually make a trip to the dentist unpleasant; tv on the ceiling to distract you, scented office so it doesn't smell like a dentist, face massage device so you don't feel needles, and a genuine follow up with you to make sure you're all good after your treatment.

Be Well Dental are simply put – the best dentist practice I have ever been to. Emily in reception always provides a warm greeting and is an absolute pleasure to chat with. Will is incredibly informative regarding dental health and genuinely cares for his patients’ wellbeing (dental and otherwise). It is an odd thought to think that I actually look forward to going to the dentist! 10 out of 10 – could not recommend enough!! Truly wonderful people.

A sky full of stars for this clinic! If you're not a fan of the dentist, visit Be Well - they are impossible to dislike. They are lovely, eco conscious and have absolutely mastered the 'small things' that make all the difference in an experience. I even got to watch a documentary about baby monkeys during my treatment which I wasn't aware I needed until now. Thanks Be Well for all the free smiles and good feels.
