McDonald's

Had a Christmas gathering there today. It was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and polite, service was prompt and all orders were correct. Six adults and twelve children in total. Such a pleasant experience there today. Highly recommend.

My 5 stars go to Gabriel, (Trainee Manager) for the best 2 experiences at McDonald's (Cranebrook).
On both occasions he personaly treated me and my family like VIP's.
He is very charming with good personable skills which is rare to see these days. He is a great representation of McDonald's best service in a long time!

Every time we have stopped here to dine in or drive through the food has always been cooked well and we didn't have to wait long. Its always been clean and it has a great play area for kids to play.

Busy but still served us quickly.

Probably my most favourite McDonald’s. they are always friendly, never had an issue waiting in drive thru and our food and drink are always fresh.

It's not often the service is so good you feel you have to leave a good review . Customer service was as good as it gets. All three of the staff that served me were a credit to the store. Great attitudes.

Tyler with (red hair) through drive through was amazing and explained what was in our order to help us make sense of what we wanted. This is the best service I have ever received at maccas! Thank you Tyler

Went for happy meal in the morning thought it was all day menu for kids but were told $5 happy meal only available after 1030 Price before 1030 is $6.15. We are ok to pay for extra but would be happier to know the deviation before hand.

The Manager and team at cranebrook keep up the fantastic work.. Maacas wow you haven't yet to disappoint, every time i have been, your burgers and chips have been fresh, and well balanced. The service has been awesome. The manager needs a big wahooo to finally have a fantastic night crew.

A great pit stop to grab a bite to eat en-Route to Penrith or Richmond/Windsor. She’ll fuel next door. Plenty of parking.

Our family is vegetarian. We went on 24 th April between 8 to 9 pm. Amazing customer service. We ask for Chai latte ingredients and they show us the bag of chai latte powder they uses for making Chai latte. Unfortunately doesnt mentioned emulusifier 471,472c from animal or vegetables source. However very happy with service. Thank you

This McDonalds, unlike others I've been to, was clean and had easy, accesible service. The bathroom was spotless, and, for once, the soap dispenser actually had soap in it. Service was fast, and the food was hot and fresh.

One of the closest to home, so often call in if we want a quick meal.

Went for a break from home. Great for the kids to have a play and some space for myself. Could be improved by lowering the volume of the music.

Normally I don’t have a very high opinion of Maccas, however this McDonalds has surpassed those expectations greatly and pleasantly surprised me. The burger was well made and fresh; almost an exact replica to what is actually shown on an ad, the chips were fresh, crispy and perfectly salted and the chicken nuggets were perfect. Great job to the crew who run this Maccas; you’re doing a great job.

It’s clean, it’s new. I can use the bathrooms. Service was prompt and friendly.
Dessert is an option whenever you feel like a late time treat after a special outing.

Ive now visited this McDonald’s twice now, drive thru and my food has been fresh both times!
Keep it up ! Definitely much rather drive half an hour for fresh food
