This is the best french toast I have ever put into my mouth. Me and my partner are trying as many cafe’s in perth as possible, rating the food, water and juice or in this case smoothie. We got the french toast and spicy chicken burger. It took me two seconds to devour the french toast, perfectly cooked, not too sweet and so fluffy. The chips with the burger were incredible and the chicken was moist and crunchy. We got the refresher smoothie, and it definitely was, the raspberries were so fresh and it was nice and minty. Even the water at this place was a 5 star. Please try it!

It’s not a should, it’s a must. You don’t know what you are missing out. Food presentation and the quality is way beyond my expectations. Like any great places, waiting for your food is expected . So drop by after peak hours if waiting spoils your mood.

Great food, nice presentation. The staff were friendly and the coffee was delicious. Decent amount of seating inside and out, great spot for breakfast or brunch!

This place is very popular. So much so that I wish we had been told of the 40 minutes wait before we ordered.

That said, it was worth the wait. The crispy chicken in a croissant was a hit. And Mrs C tells me she was very impressed with the smashed avo.

The strong latté was good.

Best brekky in Perth! Coffee and food were amazing. The menu had so many good options as well and 10/10 for having chicken and beef brekky options for those that dont eat pork like me. Super recommend, the spot is small but adorable. Cant wait to eat here again!

Great little place for brekky, had the crossont and the Benedict, ice black and summer smoothie as well as a side of mushrooms(needed a tad more seasoning or butter but was good) with delicious cherry tomatoes.

One of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had; soft, fluffy and creamy accompanied with juicy grilled mushrooms with sourdough toast! Great coffee with oat milk too!

Wow!! Best breakfast I’ve ever had. The French toast may have been one of the best things I’ve ever eaten . My daughter got the smashed avo and it was the best one we had both ever tasted. We will be back

The best breakfast food we ever had in Perth so far. Tasteful and well plated. All flavours are well balanced from the first to the last bite. However, the most important is the staff proactively paying attention to their customers. For instance, I went back in line to order 2 extra eggs and a staff noticed that it would take a while for me to reach the counter so she asked me what I wanted and she ordered the eggs straight in the kitchen so I could enjoy my meal while it was warm. So thoughtful. I would give this place 20 stars if I could. I would have paid 20 dollars for the extra eggs just because the proactive attitude that the staff has taken. Please keep serving people with that great smile with great food. I can’t thank you enough.

Had a brisket burrito for breakfast along with matcha they are just perfect.

Always great tasting food with an interesting variety of ingredients. The coffee is solid and atmospheres always great. The music could be a little on the lower volume side.

Fantastic food here, I’m a particular fan of their toasties but all the food on the menu is crafted very creatively and the portions are quite perfect for a brunch or lunch meal. There’s even a lovely space out the back in case the main hall is a bit loud or crowded which suits us really well. The staff have always been friendly and most accommodating which helps with the overall atmosphere of the venue, which is usually very chill. Easy access to parking and an outdoor area that’s dog friendly make this one of the best cafes in Perth!

I'm visiting Perth and ventured to Hylin for breakfast. The Acai bowl was delicious and great coffee.

Really delicious and creative brunches!! Tried the cheesy beef brisket and the chicken croissant, both were great. The buttermilk chicken was literally crispy outside and tender inside, and the maple syrup really went well with it. Coffee was alright, not really to my taste. Great vibes and good service; but it can get pretty busy on weekends with all the queues.

Been here many times , always serve awesome food and consistent with their coffee. Always a busy cafe, hard to get seats sometimes. I was surprised with the bruschetta as I didn’t expect big chunks of tomatoes (first time for everything). By far my favourite dish from the menu would be smash avo.

Busy little cafe serving up delicious brunch. The service was excellent with our server recommending dishes. Fried chicken was amazing. Can be busy but had a very short wait for a table when I visited.

Best brunch in Perth hands down. Food and coffee amazing, staff friendly, not too long of a wait even when it’s busy. Couldn’t recommend any higher, love this place!

Food and service is always great but tonight was the best so far. My partner went in early and ordered for us but I got stuck in traffic. The staff had no issues holding our food so it wasn't cold when I arrived and the steak sandwiches got ($15 each too!!) we're perfectly cooked. Love coming here and can't recommend it enough :)

The service was quick at Hylin, with food and coffee order taking a total of 10mins. Ordered a few of their tasty Reuben bagels, ham and cheese croissant, and the fried chicken and bacon on a croissant with basil chilli mayo and maple syrup. It had a lovely balance of flavours and was not overtly sweet. Thanks Hylin!

I loved Haylin, this is a special place to have brunch.
The food is delicious, the ingredients are of high quality and prepared with care in pairing.
The coffee is also very well prepared, the one with melted chocolate is delicious.
My favorite dish is the amazing Open Brekky Burger, if I could I would eat it every morning.
I also have had the Hylin Beff Burger and it is very tasty, I liked it.
I highly recommend the restaurant for brunch.
