Excellent place to refresh.. pies, pasty are fantastic..top points.. toilets are in Main Street couple doors away.. plenty of seating inside and out.. lovely caramel slice❤👍coffee was good but weak(Grinders brand) but still well made 👍👍

We've been dropping into Southern Cross for many years. But this was the best break on this road trip. Pies were in great demand so a fresh lot was eagerly awaited by the locals and us. They were delicious.

We sadly arrived here just as they were closing for the day, at 2pm. Despite this we had a lovely panini or 2, some lovely sponge cake and vanilla slice. Friendly staff here and worth a visit, no pie today, the panini made it more than enjoyable though.

Awesome coffee lounge for Brekky or lunch. We visited twice in September and December on our travels . The coffee was great , the staff very friendly , the regular gentlemen out the front a lovely conversation, and the Brekky wrap a real winner too , thanks see you again soon

Nice place for a coffee and a pie. Spacious indoor with lots of room between tables, or outside tables. Very nice and friendly.

We were passing through Southern Cross and we stopped at the Southern Cross Coffe Lounge.
The food, coffee/tea, cakes and hot food were excellent.
If your passing through Southern Cross you must stop at the Coffee Lounge.

A lovely, quiet place to stop for lunch - friendly service and a delicious burger and chips at a very reasonable price. I wanted the steak burger but they apologised that they had a run out steak! Obviously a popular choice - I settled for a beef burger instead, and was more than satisfied with it. Sitting outside under the shady verandah, watching the road trains rumble by on the highway, was a relaxing way to have lunch after a long drive.

Due to the rough road ahead between here and Kals we preferred to sit and enjoy lunch rather than eating on the move! Good choice, as it has a varied menu , and we were served in minimal time by lovely staff with our order delivered to our table. I highly recommend the pasty!

Stopped here on our way from Adelaide to Perth and couldn’t have hoped for anywhere better. Annette was so friendly and the pies were superb. Im not even normally a pie person but these were excellent. Enough tasty filling and crisp buttery pastry. Definitely worth it.

What a lovely, clean and bright Cafe this is! We stopped for a quick coffee/snack stop and had the best mini pies and coffees. The young couple running the Cafe were super friendly and efficient. Thank you!

The chicken wrap was toasted, served HOT and tasted great. Coffee was good too.

Fantastic food from the friendliest people, I had a pie on my way east and then a pastie when heading home. Both were so good I bought 2 of each cold to take home to Perth. A visit is a must, the "new" best pie shop when heading that way.

Nice coffee and pies are very nice indeed.

I had Eggs Benedict, perfectly cooked on Turkish bread with lashings of shaved ham and a large mug of freshly brewed coffee. My wife had the eggs and bacon, her comment: "the chef knows how to cook eggs properly!". As good a country breakfast as you'll get anywhere.
Not sure why the last review was so scathing, our service was very prompt and very friendly and no, we don't own the business or have any relationship with the operators except as very happy customers

Oh, and the pies look delicious, it's no wonder they run out!

My husband and I stopped here on our way back to Perth on the Easter Monday Public Holiday as I desperately needed a coffee. I'm extremely picky and only drink a skinny hazelnut latte and this had to be THE BEST COFFEE I have had in a very long time out of Perth. Hubby got a headgehog slice and said it was also the best his had. Not dry and tasteless. Definitely highly recommended and it's now our place to stop whenever we are back that way again. Customer service was exceptional.

Nice stop over for pies and coffee. Had the beef and pepper pie as the beef and potato pie ran out, tasty and very filling.

It is a great coffee space in Southern Cross. Very friendly staff/owners.

What a fantastic coffee lounge situated in the Main Street of Southern Cross met by the most friendly owner Immy and my wife and I had a magnificent breakfast in a beautifully lit up and roomy cafe one of the best you will see
