Poor knowledge of tenants rights and legislation. Owner/operator and staff are rather unprofessional and unreasonable, as though you are talking to a brick wall. When you try and speak some sense into them, they chuckle and roll their eyes. Landlords, I suggest to find an agency with more professionalism and knowledge (not just cheap rates), and Tenants, rent somewhere else if you do not want any headaches.

Lied to the us the tenants and gave us incorrect forms to sign. Refused to take responsibility. Avoid renting from them.
