A massive thanks & shout out to Jake & the Team at Sealeys Springworks Mount Gambier SA for outstanding customer service!
We are full time travellers with a new van & 2500 RAM. For 12 months we have been trying to solve our bouncy & nauseous tow ride... driving had become stressful & challenging.
On recommendation from a friend & local, we saw Jake & presented him our problem to solve. Jake took the time to really understand what we were experiencing and for the first time we felt confident we had a solution.
Yesterday, the Sealey Team installed 4x seriously heavy duty shocks to our 2500 RAM. Jake gave us his 'one on one' attention to test and adjust the settings to ensure we had a comfotable smooth drive.

These guys are awesome....we needed emergency springs replaced after accident....no one else in Mt Gambier could help....all the staff here went out of their way too help us straight away...cannot thank the workshop guys and the admin lady/chaffeur enough.
