ibis Styles Tamworth

I had a week long stay at the Ibis on a business trip. The daytime temperature in Tamworth was like 38 degrees so it was so refreshing to step back into a nice cool room with excellent air-conditioning. The cleaners always made the bed and topped up the coffee and biscuits which was nice. All 3 of the hotel receptionists and the kitchen staff were very friendly and approachable. The meal sizes in the restaurant were good and the quality of the food was excellent so hats off to the chef. I'm looking forward to staying here on my next trip!

Nice and tidy rooms, parking at the front door, the Coffee Run (opens at 5.30am) across the road and a 10 minute walk from a mall. Perfect for an overnighter (or two)

My experience with Ibis Styles in Tamworth have been great, the staff are friendly and approachable, I would stay again. The only reason I gave a 4 star for room is I would love to be able to watch my Netflix, but overall my experience with this stay was excellent. Thank you for your exceptional customer service.

Good clean rooms and very friendly staff. They have delicious food here, careful of entries, serving sizes are almost as much as the main! You've got to go hungry! Good WiFi connection.

Short walk to many food options . The rooms are nice and clean with plenty of free parking.

Wonderful staff!!!! Lovely experience while checking in, went over and beyond helping my family to check in and get a room because we were overbooked by another property in Tamworth. Very accommodating and helpful front office.
Breakfast was also a strong point, a lot of choices in the buffet, will really fill you up! Rooms were comfortable, adequate space, bed comfy, lovely furnishings overall well kept! Good value!!

Wonderful staff!! Good experience started when you check in, very polite and accommodating front office. Breakfast will fill you up, amazing service and good selection of buffet of hot and continental breakfast. No stress, just great stay! Rooms are well kept large rooms and lovely furniture!

Really love this little gem... Staffs are great especially the gentleman from housekeeping, who ensures us to hv everything we need or extra, also lovely and friendly staffs from breakfast area especially Emily, who always has her kind and warm smiles with her. She even extends her utmost offer to comfort me while leaving my young daughter there for a year.
Rooms are big and spacious with garden view and clean bathroom. In there, comfortable bed and pillows are always there for us.
Our door was having a little issue late last night (08Jan), when we're so worried we might not be able to get in, staff from reception had been so helpful and patient to fix the door. We're able to get in and enjoyed the rest hours. We can't complain at all.

Brilliant place to stay with great staff and rates!

Don't judge a book by its cover. Great rooms, generous in size, comfortable bed and good sized TV. The bathrooms are reasonably modern with all of the amenities you'd need. Good size shower, modern basin and fittings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Might not look the much from outside but the rooms are great. Only issue is some road noise. Very close to the town centre, shops and restaurants. A short drive to major tourist attractions too. Ample parking outside free of charge.

Room was very cosy, bed was comfortable and bathroom nicely renovated. Food was good.

Stayed here for a few nights and loved it. Although the restaurant was not open, the breakfast was great and Emily the barista makes excellent coffee. Our check in was handled beautifully by Sian who also gave me a pre arrival call to confirm everything would be as expected. During our stay all the staff were friendly. The room was serviced well and we enjoyed a complementary drink at the bar, and again Sian was the perfect host as she managed the reception desk at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again as everything was lovely.
Thanks to the Ibis and especially Sian and Emily. We’ll done.

Great spot central location, nice roons, friendly staff.

Stayed for two nights as part of a training event, and it was perfect. Yes the rooms were basic, but they were clean, well kept, which is all I needed. The function room itself was fantastic, and the staff (Ashley, Kelly, and Nigel) all did a wonderful job. A surprise highlight were the lamb shanks and the pork ribs I had for dinner. Both very tender, meat falling off the bone and very tasty! I'd come back just got the food :)

Update: stayed again for work (march 2017) the renovated rooms are great! Nice modern furniture. A step above some of the other Ibis Styles I've been to.

The most amazing food I've ever eaten. Spent a week here for work. Staff are lovely and super friendly.

Very friendly staff on check in, room was spotless and very comfy bed, enjoyed a meal at the restaurant which was to our liking, overall a great stay.

Previous stays in rooms too close to intersection resulted in broken sleep. This time I had a room at the other end of the hotel building and it made a huge difference.

Would like to say thank you to the reception staff especially Kelly for the excellent service and help. Cleaning staff were amazing too and the rooms were so clean! The beds are so comfy too!!! Had the best nights sleep. Will definitely be coming back again!

We had a great stay here, our family room was very spacious and the bathroom must have had a face lift, it was well done! The staff were very polite and friendly. Accor was good to us too. Thanks.
