Being a supplier of Automotive Parts to Berwick Motor Body Repairs Pakenham may see my comments and observations a little bias, Professionally they are not.
Unfortunately due to Social Media people like Jason Campbell can plaster any comment and judgement on a business without Face or Company defence, I witnessed 20 minutes of customer tirade on a BMBR staff member that would question why would you own and operate a business in this country, No different to other Social Media posts
Jason’s comments are one sided and a waste of space. Fortunately I can’t be bothered explaining the facts of what transpired and witnessed. I’m sure the Security Cameras can / will support the business ethics this company adopts and we all take time to question what we post just because we did not get what we wanted v what we paid for .
BMBR don't be dragged down by a few people v the thousands of customers satisfied with their Repair experience by your company

These guys are great! Very prompt and professional service. The car is as good as new, and they even gave it a good clean all over before I picked it up.

Had my car in for repair, two day turn around, dealt with Cameron who organised everything, friendly, professional and car looks brand new! Can highly recommend 5* all the way!

Had one car repaired here and although the damage was fixed, there were new scratches from poor fitting of the bumper. Went in to quote another vehicle a year later & pretty annoyed to be pressured to claim under my insurance despite advising the other party agreed to pay. Why would I pay an excess and risk an increase in my premium??

As my only choice of Woolworth car insurance approved body repairer in this part of Gippsland. I was given this place as my only option to use. After having to drive all the way over there from Warragul I find a sign outside that said was shut from the 4th to 15th of March. I was rather cross to be honest as it was the 6th! Disappointed that they failed to let Woolworths know of this very long break and yes I had to travel through the fire area from Warragul to get there, particularly frustrating as I still don't even know the car was fully safe to drive! Safe to say I will not be able to use this company (what kind of company has a break this long and still says on Google and to the insurance they are open???). Waste of my time petrol and had to risk driving this car a long distance when it needed repair for nothing but wasting fuel and my time. Safe to say that I will not only not use this company out of principle I will be looking to change both cars car insurance when renewal is due.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Large muddy foot prints all though the back of the car and over the seats. Avoid this place at all costs!
