Snowgum Motel

My wife and I stayed here on Friday Jan. 26th. We didn't know what to expect but were delighted with the cleanliness and lovely decor of the room. The room was also a good size including the shower enclosure and the water pressure was great and the temperature consistent. The place was spotless and we felt comfortable straight away. Darren was very helpful and friendly on two separate issues, how to operate a fairly different TV remote and help regarding a pair of shoes I left behind. The motel surrounds were clean and well kept and the car parking spaces were very generous, which is helpful when loading and unloading your vehicle. We can highly recommend this motel for a very pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed our stay at the snow gum motel. The staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms although basic were clean and looked recently refurbished. I will be returning.

Keep in mind my rating is for a motel: it is not luxury accommodation. But for a motel it was exceptionally clean, close to town and staff were very welcoming.

Lovely, clean, spacious room with all usual amenities such as tea and coffee etc. There is also the convenient option to purchase the cans of coke or bottled water in the fridge for $2.50 (not $4 as a previous review stated). Would highly recommend this place, it’s in a beautiful spot and very well located to eateries etc and the owners were lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again when next visiting.

The place is perfect! We got the family suite and it is big even for 7 people. The bed and pillows are clean and comfy. The WiFi is fast. The location is near to everything plus the surroundings have perfect scenery this autumn. Darren is also great. We'll definitely consider coming back to this motel in our next t visit

Five stars for a 3 star motel. Located in the Main Street close to the shops, and a short walk to the pondage, the location is fantastic. The room was clean, with all facilities you would expect. Friendly staff, and great amenities. The pool is clean, and you have a very handy BBQ area to cook in if you like. Highly recommended for a well priced clean place to stay.

Late check in, phoned up in advance to arrange after-hours check in and it turned out I had booked the wrong night! Luckily they were happy to swap the dates around without any extra charge. Ordered breakfast delivered to the room, came on-time and was good for motel food.

Clean room, comfy beds, nice view of the hills from the front door.

Great location, clean no thrills, shower good, beds comfy and fantastic pool, cyclist friendly, honest owner, walk to cafes etc. Great base if you intend to do some mtb or road riding.

The stay was really comfortable and close to all amenities! The bathroom is really spacious and good hot water.would definitely recommend this place!

it's just a motel but it's a nice one, big room and bathroom, good shower, thick walls so it's quiet, pool, and a great location.

Clean rooms and bedding. New looking bathrooms. Decent size tv with little kitchenette. Nice place to stay
