I bought a Katoh Hispania from Pat's Music earlier in the week. I had such a great experience with them! Alex at the shop was incredibly helpful and even offered to sand down the saddle for me to make sure it was precisely how I wanted it. I've bought guitars from other shops and I know for a fact that many others will not do this for you. I'm so glad I made the purchase and I look forward to visiting again in future.

Went to Pat’s today looking for help to fulfil VCE Music requirements. Callum was very patient and knowledgeable and made navigating the huge selection of choices very easy. Will be returning and asking for Callum again.

Very good customer service. The sales person really spent time with us explaining all our guitar options. We didn't really end up buying from this shop, but I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good music shop.

I have been buying some stuff from these guys recently. They seem to have the stuff that I am wanting and it's a very handy location. The staff are always helpful and are pretty knowledgeable. I had a good experience last time I was there so well done.
