If you’re like me and read reviews to find a good baby store, I would say ignore most of the really bad ones. We went there with my wife today and spent over an hour with Bianca who ran us through all of our options mostly for strollers and capsules and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and just a gem. We made a list of a lot of things and will return next week to purchase a whole bunch of items from this store. Thanks again Bianca for your amazing service we will see you very soon !

We called ahead regarding the Bugaboo and Uppababy pram, spoke to Bianca in Bentleigh baby bunting over the phone and she was very informative. We arrived at the store and was promptly greeted by Bianca herself! In person, she demonstrated the use and gave us very detailed pros and cons of the prams we were interested in.
Her friendliness and knowledge were impeccable - excellent customer service, need more sales rep like her :)

Leonie and everyone in this store that we have dealt with thus far have been absolutely incredible, highly recommend as their service and product knowledge is unmatched.

This is the third farthest baby bunting from us and we specifically go here every time purely for the warm service and advice offered!

Went there yesterday with my wife and friends to look at pram and car seats. Leonie was AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, friendly, kind and patient! As new parents, we had like a million questions, and Leonie introduced and compared different brands and products, provided objective opinions re. pros and cons. She made us feel like she is sharing her knowledge and experience with her friends rather than trying to sell us products. We will definitely be frequent flyer to that store. We will certainly recommend Baby Bunting Bentleigh to anyone who need baby stuffs. Overall 5 star experience!

I have purchased from this store and the Hawthorn store, and honestly have never had any issues with the customer service at either. I have always found the staff to be polite and friendly. They answer my questions, can give information on products that isn't covered in the online descriptions (really helpful), and can demonstrate how to use them. I haven't found the staff to be pushy sales people, just genuinely interested in finding a product to suit my needs. :)

We visited the store during the Boxing Day sale and Leonie was super helpful. She patiently talked us through all the options and explained the advantages of each one. She checked that all the items in the colours we ordered would be available when we need them and helped is put in the lay by. Thanks a lot for being so helpful!

Wow. My Husband & I were very very impressed from Leonie. Excellent product knowledge, interpersonal skills, friendly and humble. She went an extra mile to make us extremely happy and spent 2 hours with us. she is definitely an asset to your company and should be promoted to a Managerial position ASAP 😊. Had a lovely experience today at this store. Leonie in Car seats was very pleasant and willing to help a new grandma with lots of questions… I needed a car seat for my car and I am now confidant of what I need and will be back with ‘grandpa’ to buy the car seat for our car.
I also had a brows around the store and was approached a few times by other staff asking me if I needed any assistance.
I ended my visit by purchasing some nappies for my grandson, and Mary at the registers was very pleasant!!
Overall a very happy visit !!

Great range and wonderful service from most staff but Bronwyn absolutely exceptional.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at the store. Staff were very informative in there assistance and product knowledge to help me find the right product for what I needed. I also witnessed staff having to deal with some very rude customers, who didn’t accept the staff members calm and respective responses. The Baby Bunting’s staff are talented at what they do and deserve all the recognition they can get. Very grateful for their service!

Spoke to a young girl on the phone as I was looking for advice with buying a gift for someone at work.
She was very helpful and gave me some great options. Even made sure to remind me to ask for a gift receipt in case we doubled up on gifts.
Will definitely be visiting this store in the future. I have also recommended this store to friends and family, as the young girl went above and beyond to help with my enquiry.

Our experience was fantastic! My husband and I came in with no experience with baby products/items as this is our first.

We were overwhelmed by all of the options and information available online but Leonie, was absolutely incredible - her expertise and knowledge on the various products, friendliness and willingness to help with each and every one of our questions were so appreciated and impressive.

I can’t say no to stopping in at a Baby Bunting when I see one, they always have such good deals on bulk nappies, so when driving past the Bentleigh store I had to pop in. The girl that served us was great, and extremely knowledgable about car seats which was really helpful as we are looking to upgrade our eldest’s seat. It was so nice to be served by someone that also has young kids of their own and could give some awesome recommendations and advice. Thanks for the great service!

I would like to commend Mary J for her assistance and guidance in helping me sort out a pram. Her knowledge and patience was extraordinary. I commend her for being patient with me and I commend her with the restraint she had whilst being verbally abused by other customers. Baby Bunting, Mary J is a keeper and please look after your staff as they seem in good hands.

Not sure what Leonie is being paid but Baby Bunting should double it. I've been there 3 times as i have a new born son and every time she's been knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with. Bought a new Britax car seat on the weekend and realised I hadn't left a review so this is very much the least I can do to say thank you for the service. Thank you for helping us make the right choices and thanks to BB for always having what my son needs.

This is the best Baby Bunting I’ve been to.
I hate shopping, but MJ made our experience so pleasant! We were in and out so quickly with everything we needed for our first baby. Her knowledge and honesty was above and beyond so thank you.
