Easy to book via their number and I called after hours. Ollie came on time first thing in the morning and only took about 10 mins to test and swap my battery. Convenient and not too costly - $275 to replace my Mazda 3 battery. I recommend !

Ash installed a new battery in my car. He was efficient and absolutely delightful to deal with. He arrived at the proposed time and got the job done efficiently and with absolutely no fuss.

Had the pleasure of getting help from Oliver! My battery had unexpectedly stopped working on me even after trying to get a jump-start. Naturally was very stressful, but Oliver was very efficient and got to me within 40mins after I made contact with him. He replaced my battery with no issues and was a super cool dude to chat with during this entire process. Would definitely use their services again!

Excellent service. Call back minutes after requesting a quote. Tracker app showed where the tech was on his way. Arrived on the time advised. Oliver (the tech) was an awesome bloke, had a good chat, he explained everything he was doing and the diagnosis. Battery quickly changed out, everything up and running. Price was great. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived quickly despite the rain and had the car running in no time. Very professional and thorough. Price was significantly lower than others I compared to online. The user experience of their website to locate the battery I needed and getting contacted with a quote was fantastic. Car was a 2016 model Mercedes CLA250.

Brilliant service - swift, professional, thorough, & informative response. Drove all the way from Berwick / Cranbourne area at the end of the day to Richmond, positively engaging in the business of getting my car back on the road - added bonus was reassurance my battery died of old age & not as a result of human error!

Great service and price. Service technician was very friendly and professional and was only too happy to explain everything and what was going on.
Price was lower than what was quoted by another service by nearly $150 which was a great relief so close to Christmas.

Called Marshall batteries to replace the battery in my Mercedes that the dealer couldn't do unless the car was booked-in the following week. Vince from Onsite Batteries came to my home within an hour and installed a new equivalent battery at less than half the price of the dealer. Vince was very professional and did an excellent job. My car is at the mechanics with an electrical problem after the battery was changed.

Not only did Darian from Marshall Batteries call me to discuss the problem, very unusual in this modern world and great costumer service.

When my mechanic diagnosed the problem that had nothing to do with the battery, Darian offered a 50% discount as the old battery may have still been good, however the old battery was 3-4 years old.
