Extremely impressed and happy with the experience from Billy, a staff from plumbing section. He’s exceptionally patient and so helpful! The customer service from him is beyond exceptional!

Graeme from the gardening section went above and beyond to help me find the garden soil that I was after. There was none on the floor, just at the very tops of the racking. He looked out the back for me and brought a pallet out so I could get what I needed. He also helped me load my trolley. Five stars for Graeme and his customer service. Fantastic job!

Got the ABSOLUTE best service from Billie M in plumbing. Leaving happy and knowing everything about what we bought and why. You could see he really loves his job and is amazing at it. Will be back just to see him :)

A guy named Marcus works in this store, he is very responsive and helps people solve questions, find where what goods are located. very good worker. In Bunnings in Oakleigh

It is a huge store with a fantastic variety of products. A staff member in the gardening section was a great help with gardening materials and gave good advice about the product I was purchasing. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Just went in today approx 11:15am into the plumbing section. Guy called Billy or Gilly assisted.
Been into Bunnings many times and have always received good service but this guy was amazing. There was another customer he was serving before me and I was observing him. Really amazing, clear solutions and instructions was given. I don’t live in the area and was passing through but Gilly you keep doing your work with pride.

Inconsistent security regarding holding a trade pass and not accommodating to elder people who are confused as to why they need physical cards - but I still love bunnings. Also I spent $600 and they still asked to check my bag on the way out, and the girl near the door asked me/like confirmed with me that *name* had checked my bag - like yes, she did, but if I was stealing something after spending $600, I wouldn’t be saying no pls check my bag so you can find my loot ??? Silly

Great like most Bunnings stores. Used to be our local when we lived in the area. Visited for the first time today since they moved into the old Masters site at the links.

Great variety of stock and well laid out. Staff are friendly and supportive as always.

The staff are very kind and patient. We got the broken mower returned and upgraded to a new one. Yeah~~

I’ve been a recent regular to Bunnings Oakleigh and I haven’t been disappointed.
The staff at the tools shop, paint shop, at the trade desk and at the gardening section are super relaxing to deal with.
They provide me good advice and suitable to my level of understanding and expertise (which isn’t a lot), which has been super helpful.
Speak to Frank and the boys at the woodwork shop, you will not be disappointed.

🤣🤣 funny place for an engineer. If you love DIY, then this place will bankrupt you and has full potential of making you homeless (may God don’t bring this to anyone, it was just a silly joke🙏🏼). It has everything from a small nut to the big machines required to cut metals. Who knows they might have a lathe machine too 🤪, never asked, but you scan try. Nevertheless try there onepass for free delivery on major items. Rest to go place for all your home hardware needs 🙌🏼

A nice Bunnings with plenty of car parking. Always find a bargain.

Awesome store with excellent customer service from all the Bunnings employees. I have found this store to have the most helpful staff, it’s always well stocked and it’s not as busy or overcrowded as other stores.
