Mika Airlie Kitchen & Bar

We had dinner here on the night of the 3rd of Jan. We ordered nachos, calamari and corn ribs. It was very delicious and was our favourite dinner of our holiday! We also ordered the passionfruit sangria and it was absolutely delicious. The girls serving us were very lovely. I recommend booking a reservation as you will likely not get a table by walk-in! Will definitely come again when we’re back in Airlie.

went with the girls before a night out! got DELICIOUS food and i ordered a matador margarita, along with the burrito bowl. all food and beverages were so so delicious and i am grateful this joints open! the staff were extremely accomocating and quite attentive. shoutout to all of the team that served us, you guys rock.

I think it might be the best restaurant I've ever eaten at!! The service was great, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food come out so fast, I think they were putting on our table as we were ordering it 🤪. It was so fresh and full of flavour, I couldn't stop eating. THEN.... free dessert, YES!! FREE DESSERT..

I’ve been slowly ticking through all the places in town and this so far is probably my favourite. (Equal favourite to Northerlies)

We got there during happy hour so $6 beers.
The cocktails were tasty and you can get a big cocktail just for $45.

The food was top notch.
The salsa verde oysters were out of this world.
The mussel tapas were amazing.
The wings were absolutely awesome.
Overall this place is a must and was completely worth it.
Booking is a must because they get booked out daily.

Returned again and it didn’t disappoint.
Tried a few other things on the menu and popped in at the right time for the $25 wing and 2x 500ml Stella’s.
Bargain!

Good food & chill ambience at reasonable price. Staff are nice. There's a bit of a wait for orders to be taken, but food prep was quick. Go find the colorful stairs!

We came late with no booking but the staff was accommodating and cleared a table as soon as possible. We ordered cocktails and Wows they were delicious. We ordered ribs and wings and the food came out pretty quick and the taste unbelievable. This is my favourite place to eat in Airlie.

Very nice bar with a great selection of good and tasty food… with a Spanish / Latin American bent.

The rump steak special with a beer is great value, especially for folks on a budget. Must say, the steak was pretty good .

The atmosphere is very positive, everybody is in a good mood. Why not, we are in the Whitsundays !

On another night, I enjoyed the chicken pasta with a beer. Also delicious, and great value.

Decor is fantastic, the owners have gone to a lot of trouble.

Lots of seating, some overlooking the palm trees toward the Coral Sea. Lovely breeze coming through the open windows .

Absolutely delicious fresh prawns. Fair price and worth the wait as it was a busy day for them.

Great steak fries and beer deal. Steak was awesome staff friendly and fun. 2 serves of chicken wings later, and we are done.

I’ve been living in Airlie beach for a few months now and making my way around to all the restaurants.
Mika has been my favourite so far! I seriously have nothing to complain about.

We arrived without a reservation and we’re seated right away, the venue was busy and the atmosphere was amazing. Everybody just enjoying their food and their company!

The food was amazing! I had the sea and sow bowl and I’ll absolutely be back for it again! The lil Patrick oysters were so tasty and filled, and the wings crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. 10/10!

My friend had the burrito bowl with halloumi and loved every bite!

Do not skip Mika while you’re in Airlie this place is amazing!

We went the first night without a booking but couldn’t get in so made a booking for the following evening and WOW we were impressed! The staff are so friendly and efficient and the sizzling plate we ordered was divine- if this place was on the Gold Coast we would go again and again plus look at that view. Best cocktails too 👌

Came in after checking out the menu over and over and was pleasantly surprised.. had Pork Belly bites for entree, tasty and nice dipping sauce. Had the 250gm rump, with chips and salad for $25.. bargain. Good steak, cooked as I wanted. Drinks cheap too, considering other places charge way more!

Had dinner here and everything about it, from the food to the customer service, absolutely made my night. Great value deal for steak & lager. It was cooked to perfection and I enjoyed every bite of everything on my plate. Gave a big thanks to one of the waiters and he gave us a free dessert! I can’t wait to visit this restaurant again next time I’m in the area.

The best restaurant in Airlie beach by far.. the place is so bright and beautiful, with that view and breeze from the beach. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the drinks were amazing and the food was to die for, this is my new favourite spot in Airlie!!! You guys did an incredible job and made my night x

Food is great. Very well priced. Specials main meal and 500ml beer for under $25. Tapas excellent. Food can be expensive in Airlie so this is a nice change. Nice place, well located. Affordable. Went twice. My new go-to in Airlie. Try the corn ribs and burnt ends

Great bar and restaurant to sit and enjoy the view. Happy hour from 4-6pm . We enjoyed our house reds ($5 per glass ) and then had a fantastic seafood basket (served on a plate) at $24 . Well worth the visit . Make sure you get an outside balcony table to fully enjoy the sun going down.
Staff were very friendly and great with service .

Delicious food and friendly service! The prawn skewer was great, and the flying pig salad maybe even the best salad I’ve ever had!
