Best service ever. Seriously I felt so good that I had to leave a review. The customer rep was an older lady was very professional and went above and beyond to help by suggesting a cheaper way to send my parcel. Great customer service. I guess thats what you get when staffs are not overloaded with work. Made my day lady!

I got my Birth certificate !!!🤩

She brightened up my and my husband’s to be future!!! We have been waiting for the delivery of Birth Certificate and it arrived yesterday to Sydney but she made sure that arrives to Sydney Bourke Road today!!! As we were leaving to go to Hamilton Island! Later the lady from the head office in Melbourne management has called today and had some great news! I am so sorry I have completely forgotten your name from the excitement😱😅❤

Anh was so patient and helpful. She walked through with me the steps on how to post letters and parcels to UK and the USA, and also showed me all the tracking and Untracked options. Before that I was so hopeless and was lost with regards to posting overseas. Thank you so much Anh!!

Always busy here, especially around lunch time. But staff are friendly and efficient. Even though there is usually a queue it moves fairly quickly

I was at the Bourke street Post office on Saturday 03/04/2018 and was trying to pay some bills on the self serve teller machine when half way through my transaction the machine froze and went into error. I am sorry Australia post but your help line is not very good and they were not able to help me at all. They could not even re assure me that the $102 dollars that was in the machine would be accounted for and even if the machine spat it out when we left I would still be noted as having paid this amount. It was at this stage when I was reaching my limits of frustration when my wife found an employee by the name of Lyden (I Hope that i have spelt that correctly) He weas working in the parcel section and was not even trained in the use of the machine. This all took place at about 1 in the afternoon. This man who is an example of not just a valuable employee is also an example of a great person. He went beyond his working hours and into his own time and did not rest until our issue was sorted. This took about an hour of his own time due to having to be instructed via the phone on what to do. He managed to get me my $102 dollars back. And even though at times i could sense the frustration due to the person on the other end of the phone, Lynden was polite and professional at all times. Thank you Lynden you are a life saver and a true hero.

They weren't stocking everything I needed but the customer service at the desk was so amazing she found a way around it and sent my international package at the lowest price possible. She was very lovely!

Great post office. Well laid out, lots of self service, and plenty of staff. 24x7 Parcel Locker too.

Friendly staff and reasonably quick service. Avoid the peak lunchtime hours and you'll be okay. Plenty of supplies if you need something.

In and out in less than 5 mins. Friendly staff. Open after 5pm. A lot of post offices could learn from this place.
