They didnt have the products I was looking for unfortunately, but this pharmacy is clean and organized, and the staff are well educated and helpful.

I prefer this pharmacy over all others in the area.

I came into the store for my seasonal flu vaccine. The team was quick and very efficient. The young intern, Charlotte, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process simple and straightforward. We need more people like her in our health industry.

Got my flu jab there. The process was simple and the staff was knowledgeable. Wait time is short as well. Would recommend.

Terry White South Melbourne is the most impressive pharmacy I’ve been to. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. There’s rarely a wait for prescriptions as Steve and the other pharmacists work very hard, while still maintaining a personal touch with every customer.

I had my booster jab here this morning, I booked here as it was recommended by a friend. Had an early morning slot. There was one person in the store, and she was like a machine (in a good way). She was manning the register, and dishing our vaccines, and there was a lot of people there to be vaccinated. Couldn't recommend it more, and good coffee served right outside in the waiting area. About a week ago, I walked in here with a nasty grazed knee. One of the ladies kindly helped me out by disinfecting my wound and finding me some bigger badages because I had like 4 blood-filled band aids that were barely doing the job for the graze. She was so quick, efficient and helpful. My knee really hurt but she was empathetic towards my pain. 10/10 highly recommend.

I've never had a problem with Stephen and his staff. Always friendly and helpful. It's good to see that he is busy and when a business is so popular chances are you'll need to wait a bit. I'd rather wait and get the correct advice than be ignored and not getting the best information about my medications. Great pharmacy and staff.

Stephen was a great help to me when I came in this week. I'm not from this area and didn't quite know where to go for my appointment (next door). He kindly showed me around. Further, as I came back to have my prescription processed, he was kind and the order was completed EXTREMELY quick. Very impressed with this service!

Most impressed!!! I was desperate for my 1st shot of MRNA vaccine at end of September and had been ringing around but wait times were too long. I rang up this Terry White in South Melbourne on 1st October and the pharmacist, Stephen said they are fully booked but he heard my desperation and asked me to just come now, he will fit me in and I did and he gave me the jab on the same day without booking, I am beyond grateful :)
Furthermore, my husband and I are now shopping at this pharmacy even though we live a couple of suburbs away and have a Chemist Warehouse close by. Terry White and Stephen deserves our business, thanks again!

This is my go to chemist, far better than the others in Clarendon street. The staff are super friendly and went above and beyond to help me.
The big chain chemist further down the road were rude, unhelpful and turned me away, so I tried Terry White and I’m so glad I did.
I value my health and I’m happy that I found a chemist who does too.

Been going there for almost 4 years and honestly reading the negative reviews, i have always had the opposite experience. They are usually busy but someone has usually asked If I have been seen to. Steve has always made us feel welcome. Coles, two pop up cafes are two feet away from the pharmacy so there is always foot traffic. I usually leave my prescriptions there, go do my shopping and pick my meds up when i am done.

Stephen has to be one of the best pharmacy staff that I have ever come across. He is knowledgeable, listens to what's being said with great attention, provides helpful information and suggestions.

Steve is a lifesaver! And always takes the time for a chat. All the other staff have been lovely as well, especially the girls at the cosmetics counter. Compared to some other pharmacies, the wait time is really short too.

A Beautiful Pharmacy, with a large range of high quality products and excellent service. They are able to provide us supplies during these trying times with the bushfires and news of the conorovirus. Thank you for being the Pharmacy my family and I can rely on.

have a lot of slots for covid boosters and I got an appt on the day. Didn’t wait at all when I arrived for my appt and got my booster immediately. Very efficient!

So beyond professional re Phizer booster program...from online booking, to confirmation and document to complete online prior to appt, then I came in early and they fitted me in...and a chair to sit on and wait...then follow up advise online...NEVER going back to Chemist Warehouse with the repetitive same ads blasting you as you wait for a script (the poor staff having to listen to that all day - just borderline tortuous)...made me realise how important it is to support your local pharmacy...and pharmacists as the service is beyond expectation .... and caring.

Very fast and efficient service. Had our AIA health check and Covid jab here. The Pharmacist on shift ran the place extremely well!!

We live 4 hours drive east of Melbourne although we used to live in St Kilda. The team at Whites have always been great and their range is excellent. They have a product that we are not able to source east of Inverloch and Steve is going to pop some in the mail for us. What a lifesaver.. or at least, it saves us an 8 hour round trip.
