Chemist Warehouse Forest Hill

All the pharmacists are very helpful and friendly in answering questions on medications and other store products. They never show a bit impatient, they're so welcoming and has been helping me to get very effective medications for my sinus and allergy nose spray. I highly recommend this Forest Hill store to anyone who wants to get any products or medications from them.

In store today we were helped by two beautiful helpful friendly young people, Amy and Jonathan. Their service was spot on showing us different brands and prices. A BIG thank you to those two young people. 🎄 Jill & Michael

An ENORMOUS thank-you to the staff member who handed in the 2 $50 notes they found today. Could not believe I had been foolish enough to let them slip out of my jeans pocket earlier in the day and was unbelievably delighted to find they had been found and handed in. Thank-you so much.

I have to say a big thank you to the staff at Chemist Warehouse Forest Hill (Springvale Rd). Somehow, I inadvertently entered to store just after 9pm to get some urgent first aid supplies. Not only was I allowed to browse with no pressure, but staff assisted me, including a pharmacist who helped me choose the best products. They could have quite easily told me to leave as the store was closed, but they were all patient and helpful, even in their own time. I didn't realise the store was closed until the cashier had to unlock the entrance door. Fantastic service. Thank you

Definitely my go to pharmacy! Kirchelle is possibly the kindest pharmacist I’ve ever met. She was very patient and helpful in finding stomach medicine for my grandson. 100% recommend

Great customer service. Staff make the extra effort to assist and explain to the patients of the medication prescribed. Very passionate towards their work. Never get this service at any warehouse except for forest hill.

Excellent service. Prescription times are prompt and the staff are lovely at the registers. I’m willing to drive the extra distance to this store, as opposed to my nearby store at Tunstall Square.

Went today with what I thought was a major problem and Helen could not have been anymore helpful. She spent time and made several phone calls to assist me as when I arrived I was a bit stressed and frustrated. Left with all my problems solved. Very happy with staff, very friendly and helpful . Thanks Helen for your patience.

Maybe most shops are like this now but 5 stars to Chemist Warehouse Forest Hill. Checked my temperature before allowed going in, made me use hand sanitizer. Many people wear masks and very strict on social distancing 👍👍

Good service, very friendly , very good prices. I had to go late one night and the security guard was very nice watching that i got safely to my car. A+++

Since I wrote the last review I sorted out my grievance with the manager Helen Turns out there was confusion on both sides and has now been rectified & I was reimbursed my $10 So all good now
