This place is great. Have the loveliest staff. Today i went there and Pushpa was working. I had forgotten my wallet and she was so kind to me. She said i could go home and get it and come back and it would be fine. Was so impressed with her calmness in such a situation as this

Extremely unpleasant attendant (believed his name was Mikhail) who manually stopped the flow of my petrol because I had my phone in my hand when filling up gas. Granted, I apologised after enquiring inside and he allowed me to fill up my tank.

Afterwards when I paid for my petrol in cash, he just stared at me for a few moments after taking the money, before raising his voice saying I hadn’t accounted for the extra $5 of petrol before HE stopped the pump. Frankly, I’m shocked at the rudeness and unprofessionalism I experienced today and clearly from the other reviews I am not the only one. Will never be returning to this branch again.

My pump kept stopping for some reason, but I found out later that the attendant was manually stopping it because I was on my phone checking the fly buys app. When I said hello at the counter, he ignored my greeting and paused before rudely asking why I was on my phone. Quite an unpleasant experience.

I wanted to buy a SIM card, the staff was very unhelpful. I drove to the next one on Burwood Hwy and purchased it seamlessly. Very poor customer service. This is by far the worst coles shell I have been to

Worst ever customer service you can ever get. The staff there will tell you off 10 mins before they close if you are there to pay for petrol. And he will tell you “because we are closing now” if you express your frustration about the customer services. They do not accept car sale discount and just tell you off for trying!! This customer service made me never go back to Coles Express after being a loyal customer for years!! Don’t ever go to this one if you don’t want to let anyone to ruin your day!!
